“We had a delightful evening at this restaurant! Despite arriving late for our 8 PM reservation, we were promptly seated. The ambiance is upscale yet welcoming. The oysters were superb, and the chef graciously provided off-menu options for my vegetarian wife. Our server was outstanding, and the bar drinks were satisfying. I thoroughly enjoyed the salmon dish, and the cheese bread was delicious, especially when paired with olives. Overall, a five-star experience—we'll definitely return!”

“I don’t think I’ve ever encountered another business that was working SO HARD to adapt to an unexpected flood of demand. They are working tirelessly to scale up their operation so that they can share their donuts with as many people as possible.I had not checked their socials or website prior to arriving the other day so there was a bit of a wait (though they have put measures in place to address this.) However, the staff were SO KIND and maintained a positive attitude despite the obvious stress.Most of all, the donuts were OUT OF THIS WORLD! I will definitely be coming back and hope that more customers can review the resources they have in place. I also hope that people can be kind to them as they try to figure this all out.”

“Amir kindly came out from behind the counter and created a super engaging atmosphere where he introduced us to a variety of dips and their paring with the wing sauces. Wow! Their Signature sauce knocks it out of this world!! Flavor is exceptional but texture amps it even higher. The jerk sauce has deep flavors that start in the back of your mouth and then somehow translate into the back of your nose. Super interesting experience! We’ll be back!!”

“The food here is awesome, the service here is usually great. Tonight though, our server carleigh was exceptionally horrible. It started out fine even though I could easily tell she had been drinking for what seemed like the entire night based on the fact that when she was looking at you, she was moreso looking through you. That, and the fact that she had to pause every few seconds to remember what she was just saying. All of that taken into account, my partner and I laughed it off.When I noticed both serving plates on the table were dirty, I politely let her know “hey, I understand this happens, but these plates are dirty. Do you mind if we replace them?” ……she then proceeded to pick up the plates and say “how are they dirty”Hahahaha okayAfter that she probably saw our table two last times, one being for the check.She then proceeded to have us waiting for 6-7 minutes for her to come BACK and grab the card from us —so her busser had come by and done it for her. When she finally came to grab the check, she literally non-verbally signaled for the card with her hands in the air and finally goes “the card?”Look- if you’re going to drink on the job, make sure you’re a functioning, kind drunk.Pasta was great.”

“Cocktail Review Only! Stopped by Moto Imōto on a Sunday for a casual drink at the bar. The inside is beautifully designed with plants, stone and wood accents, and curved features. They have a large wine and sake offering as well as (3) mocktails and (10) specialty cocktails. We got the Lychee Luxe Martini and Yuzu Sake White Sangria. The Lychee Martini is certainly sweet which cuts the alcohol bite. The sangria was offered to pair with white or red wine but I strongly recommend the white as it compliments the bright and light fruity flavors better. They did not have a dedicated bartender on staff but they clearly cross train their staff well as the person who made our drinks did a great job! Very impressed overall!”

Pretty darn good Manhattan then we had him do a specialty drink that we call the CrumperNickel, which was invented concoction of my son Mikey's.It's in a beautiful section of downtown right across from the old theater just east of the river. Beautiful building. Great atmosphere. We had real good company there too that helped.The boys running the pool watch some pizzas. They were pretty darn good. Nice thin crust. Good sauce. “ADORE this place! I have so many fond memories here as I practically grew up coming here! I came here on dates before me and my husband got married, had my bachelorette dinner here, go here with my childhood besties and so much more! So thankful for the kind staff! Our waitress for my bachlorette was so funny and sweet! She brought me a super cute mocktail she made herself and explained she recently got married! She definitely made the night more fun! The music was a little loud toward the front of the room but seemed to even out as time went on. My group was able to sit outside in one of the enclosed tables and there was a speaker to connect our phone to play music to.Our server Paul was the best! He had such a great personality and was thorough in explaining drink/food options. He went above expectations and easily became a local tour guide in presenting the difference between Portillo's chocolate shakes.”

“Rox City Grill is located in the historic Hotel Baker along the Fox River. A small intimate lounge open Wednesday thru Saturday offering small bites,extensive martini list and live entertainment starting at 730pm.- 1100pm.Parking is street parking which could be a challenge but there is a lot not too far away.We came on a Saturday night around 930pm. It wasn't too crowded . The server brought us a drink menu but not a good menu. Not sure when the kitchen closes.They had a piano player the night we went but he took a break at 945pm and didn't start playing again till after 1030pm. This was disappointing.Drinks were very good and not over priced.They do list their entertainment on their Web site.For a delightful experience,give the ROX a try.”

“This may be our new favorite breakfast restaurant. The service was outstanding and the food was wonderful. We split the Shamrock Benedict and the Carmelized Apple & Pecan Pancakes. Both were fantastic. The corned beef hash and hollandaise in the Shamrock Benedict both had unique flavors that elevated the classic versions. The pancakes were to die for - not too tart and not too sweet, and the pancakes themselves were absolutely perfect. We can't wait to come back and try other dishes.”

“We love this bakery. Their donuts are amazing, creative, and unique. Their cake is amazing too. We ordered a wedding celebration cake. It was beautiful. I'm so happy we ordered here.We ordered a chocolate cake with white frosting and strawberry frosting inside. The cake is light and the frosting too. It all went so well together. The strawberry flavored frosting was also great.People ordering here need to know this story. We ordered a cake here for my Dad and now step mom who just recently eloped. We wanted to do something to celebrate when they got back so we got cake from here. I walked in and picked it up. I looked at it and at first glance the writing looked good. Then when I got home, well, I realized they misspelled our name. Common mistake, our name is unusually long. I called them and told them our situation and they were apologetic, and owned the issue to the point that they actually drove out with their frosting and utensils and rewrote the cake. ?. The bakers here have big hearts and we can't thank them enough.”

“This is one of our frequent Culver's we go to. I took a long break from Culver's after getting bad food and service from different locations. We also get great service and good food at the St Charles location on route 64. Even though there is one so much closer to our home. The one in our town always messes up our order or the food isn't up to standards. We were there for the walleye fish which is only available for a short time. The fish was awesome and so was the portion size.”

“I came here with my friend on Saturday, and it was my first time. I've always known of the Sharetea brand and how it's a pretty consistent in quality chain. The staff is friendly and efficient here. My friend and I ordered the same thing, we each got an oolong milk tea with no sugar and no ice, and since the drink came with tapioca already. We also added pudding. I enjoyed sharing my go-to drink with my friend who also enjoyed it. It was also nice catching up with my friend since there's plenty of seats here for you to play a game, drink your beverage etc. It's located in a shopping center with other businesses such as TJ Maxx etc. There's plenty of free parking on premise as well that's shared with the strip mall. We sat by the window, and it was a bit chilly. The windows were fogging up. I'd totally come back here when I'm in the area next, and I'd recommend it to anyone in the area looking for bubble tea.”

“As soon as I walked in, I knew that I was going to have an amazing experience. I was greeted by an extremely friendly employee. It was really nice to have someone acknowledge you and you can do the same. Without judgement. It was around 1:30 pm and there wasn't a line to order. I like things a certain way. I was lucky enough to have a young lady take my order. As we walked through the art of making my pizza, she would ask me if she was doing it right and if there was anything I wanted to add at that point. We had a great level of teamwork going. I knew that my pizza was going to turn out great. I chose the regular full size crust, Alfredo sauce, chicken breast, diced tomatoes, garlic and artichoke. I prefer my pizza to be cooked on the lighter side. I don't like a brown or burnt crust. I definitely don't like burnt cheese. My pizza was cooked to perfection. I sprinkled some Parmesan cheese on top. I really had to let it cool down otherwise I wouldn't be able to enjoy it. BRB I have to be brutally honest, We made a great team and we made an incredibly delicious pizza. I was only able to eat 1 1/2 pieces and I was going to roll out the door. At least I'll have leftovers to go with the leftovers that I'll have from Easter. What I really love the most about Mod pizza is that you can always switch things up a bit. It's not the same as traditional pizza establishments. But it does offer a variety of options that a traditional one doesn't have. Each one is a win-win for all involved. For me, it's all about taste and service. I appreciate the options for being able to choose your own toppings and how much you want of them. My pizza was absolutely delicious. All of the toppings that I chose blended together perfectly. The cheese melted adhering to the artichokes which is my favorite topping of all of them. The crust was cooked just like I asked. No dark or burnt pieces. I did have to use a knife and fork to eat it. Otherwise I'd be wearing it. I had a lot of leftovers, I'm definitely going to raid the fridge for a midnight snack. Mod pizza is worth every single solitary penny in circulation. Make sure that you sign up for the rewards on their website BEFORE you go!!”

Patsy was a great server as well. * The salmon, prime rib dip, bang bang shrimp and butter toffee cake* are absolutely ? phenomenal oh my goodness... so good. The chicken ceaser was not that flavorful aa a horseradish sauce is used.. I would prefer traditional however this is just my preference! You will enjoy the place. Good food good beer good company!”

“Burrito Guacamole on Main Street was our next stop, as we eat our way through Saint Charles, Illinois. There is nothing fancy about this restaurant, but you get an authentic Mexican vibe and the food and service was wonderful. We ordered at the counter, and the food was brought to us at the table. We had pleasant conversation with the woman who was working both the counter and serving the food. She was very friendly and informative.. We were pleasantly surprised with a complementary start of chips and salsa while we waited for our food. We had a Chile Rellenos Dinner, a Chicken Chimichanga , and a Chicken Burrito. The food was served hot and was very generous in portions. It tasted delicious. They are also open for breakfast. This is definitely a place to check out for good Mexican food.”

We ordered the Spicy Chicken breast and the Teriyaki Chicken and had them over vegetables.. the Chicken breast was not spicy enough for me but the teriyaki was very flavorful. The vegetables available were broccoli and cabbage and We enjoyed their fresh taste. I ordered an egg roll but it was nothing special.We tried the hot sauce but did not care for the flavor. I order the chicken makhani (butter chicken) and chicken tikka masala (both medium heat) and I am NEVER disappointed. every time I order its like the first time trying it. Ive had many other Indian places and it never compares to Taste of Himalaya. The owner is so sweet and welcoming. My group was able to sit outside in one of the enclosed tables and there was a speaker to connect our phone to play music to.Our server Paul was the best! He had such a great personality and was thorough in explaining drink/food options. He went above expectations and easily became a local tour guide in presenting the difference between Portillo's chocolate shakes.”

I order the chicken makhani (butter chicken) and chicken tikka masala (both medium heat) and I am NEVER disappointed. every time I order its like the first time trying it. Ive had many other Indian places and it never compares to Taste of Himalaya. The owner is so sweet and welcoming. Ive eaten inside and taken it to go back home and either way the food is amazing and stays hot! also I recommend trying the masala tea, its great to sip before your meal arrives.”

My sweet mom got a delicious complimentary dessert and lemon shooter for the celebration! It was so nice and no rush kind of atmosphere in a beautiful old church. Come! Ask for Iryna! Oysters Rockefeller, grilled calamari and octopus, soup, bread, damn good pastas and the menu is huge, so worth it and affordable for the huge homemade portions. I'm coming back!”

I came here on dates before me and my husband got married, had my bachelorette dinner here, go here with my childhood besties and so much more! So thankful for the kind staff! Our waitress for my bachlorette was so funny and sweet! She brought me a super cute mocktail she made herself and explained she recently got married! She definitely made the night more fun! Can't wait to come here again!Vegetarian options: They have a few soup and salad options for my vegan sister! Not a ton, but enough to make her love coming back! They have a few pasta dishes that are vegetarian and the staff is kind enough to remove meats from dishes if possible! Just speak up and let them know! They're always willing to help!”
