“The food here is awesome, the service here is usually great. Tonight though, our server carleigh was exceptionally horrible. It started out fine even though I could easily tell she had been drinking for what seemed like the entire night based on the fact that when she was looking at you, she was moreso looking through you. That, and the fact that she had to pause every few seconds to remember what she was just saying. All of that taken into account, my partner and I laughed it off.When I noticed both serving plates on the table were dirty, I politely let her know “hey, I understand this happens, but these plates are dirty. Do you mind if we replace them?” ……she then proceeded to pick up the plates and say “how are they dirty”Hahahaha okayAfter that she probably saw our table two last times, one being for the check.She then proceeded to have us waiting for 6-7 minutes for her to come BACK and grab the card from us —so her busser had come by and done it for her. When she finally came to grab the check, she literally non-verbally signaled for the card with her hands in the air and finally goes “the card?”Look- if you’re going to drink on the job, make sure you’re a functioning, kind drunk.Pasta was great.“
“Been coming to this place for 25 years. Had many celebrations and lovely memories with family and friends. Dino and son truly care about people. Their passion is in customer service, but most of all, they’ve carried down recipes from generations. The sausage here is made from scratch. The pizza has only the freshest ingredients. Try the Penne Abruszezzie ?). Fresh ground sausage with red tomato sauce and penne pasta. I load on the fresh Parmesan. My favorite since 1999. But price was $12.99 then if I’m not mistaken. Tirimisu is also made fresh and so good.“

Fried & baked panzerotti:The bread was soft, the cheese was ooey gooey & the tomato sauce was fresh and earthly. None of that canned salty sauce. Definitely must try more when we visit again. “Linguine Scampi Aglio Olio and Pollo alla Limone were delicious. Placed a pick up order with Doug who was very pleasant and helpful. Cary out even included bread and butter w oil/herb dip. Very tasty. Again, Doug had outstanding customer service! Highly recommend“
“Went on a busy night but still great service and two great sandwiches, a corned beef sandwich and the St Charles (turkey, bacon and avocado). I appreciate that they were willing to make my sandwich as a wrap, too! Lots of fun options for sandwiches. Very short walk from the public parking lot north of 64.Parking: Just north of 64 and West of the shop are a few free public lots.“

Fantastic Italian, - straight forward, fairly simple dishes done very well, and my (Italian Mother) would have loved this restaurant... many items seem like what she would have made.Huge portions so you can take home lunch tomorrow.Nice wine list we thought.My first time here, and we will definitely come back!Highly recommended for real, family ish Italian food.Parking: Just pull on, and look around!“
“This was our first visit to this charming Italian restaurant situated in downtown St. Charles. Our waiter, Abraham, provided excellent and warm service. The restaurant possesses a pleasant ambiance and is meticulously clean. I opted for white sangrias along with the cozze Alla marinara and cozze gratinate. My husband ordered the grilled calamari and Linguine Adriatico Fruti Di Mare accompanied by a red sangria. This establishment truly impressed us with its exceptional and delightful choices. We highly recommend this place and will undoubtedly return in the future!“
“Drive through for lunch. Food was good, got the beef and Italian sausage combo. Making an Italian beef is an art form, Getting the proper meat to juice ratio in the bun is key. Halfway through the sandwich, it fell apart. Didn't affect the flavor, just made for a mess in my lap.“

I came here on dates before me and my husband got married, had my bachelorette dinner here, go here with my childhood besties and so much more! So thankful for the kind staff! Our waitress for my bachlorette was so funny and sweet! She brought me a super cute mocktail she made herself and explained she recently got married! She definitely made the night more fun! Can't wait to come here again!Vegetarian options: They have a few soup and salad options for my vegan sister! Not a ton, but enough to make her love coming back! They have a few pasta dishes that are vegetarian and the staff is kind enough to remove meats from dishes if possible! Just speak up and let them know! They're always willing to help!“
