“went for my step-mom’s birthday and had an excellent time! Cody was our server and he was very on top of it all, no good lagged coming out or was incorrect at all and we all had delicious meals. Cody was very attentive and social, overall a great server! Loved everything about this visit. My step-mom got a free dessert for her birthday and was even sang to by the staff! “We were at Portillos Friday February 27 after our basketball game. My friends and I were celebrating my birthday. There was a minor accident in the parking lot so there was some chaos. The manager handled everything so well and even gave us a cake for my birthday. I am a Portillos stockholder and wish all managers were like this.“

“This past Sunday I ordered some sandwiches and soup for my whole family and received a very warm welcome upon entering the shop. I was actually caught off guard as to how friendly I was greeted. I went on to explain that I hadn’t ordered or been inside a Potbelly in years and the gentleman behind the counter went to thank me and welcome me back and invited me to help myself to some cookies on the house! Thank God there are still some friendly humans in our communities. This man had an excellent attitude and personality, and provided great service. I will be back in the near future.
