I love to visit here when ever I want a Really Good Lunch ❤️❤️❤️
It was okay. Staff was super friendly. But the actual sandwhich 2/5 stars. There was not a lot of cheese. This is what it looked like, then the last couple bites had no toppings? It was really underwhelming. If you want a real veggie sandwich go to Jersey mikes.
I forget just how great this place is and need to remind myself to go more often. It's great food and a very cool atmosphere. keep it in mind.

Based on the reviews, this Potbelly location has both positive and negative aspects. The entire staff is extremely friendly, with a manager who has an incredibly kind aura. One employee has a smile that can light up a room, and another provided excellent customer service, thanking a guest for their patience. The sandwiches are pretty damn good and delicious.
However, some experiences were negative. One customer ordered an Oreo shake but never got it. The staff ran out of milk, and they made a chocolate shake for someone else first. The customer was surprised and annoyed that their shake was not made first. Another guest felt uncomfortable and unwanted by the shift lead, who yelled at them for saying "regular sandwich" instead of "original sandwich." The rest of the employees were very kind and hardworking. Not all Potbelly’s are created equal.
