This store was out of many food items according to signs posted. Friendly staff, we were just not impressed with the sandwiches.
Staff is friendly. They got a large order wrong and apparently knew about it because they said they received a call from someone else but they didnt bother to let me know before I got too far away. I was missing a whole meal and they only refunded the price before tax..very odd. It would have been nice if they offered another gesture like a free replacement or a gift card especially since the power was out so everything was the wrong temp.

Based on the reviews, this Potbelly location has both positive and negative aspects. The entire staff is extremely friendly, with a manager who has an incredibly kind aura. One employee has a smile that can light up a room, and another provided excellent customer service, thanking a guest for their patience. The sandwiches are pretty damn good and delicious.
However, some experiences were negative. One customer ordered an Oreo shake but never got it. The staff ran out of milk, and they made a chocolate shake for someone else first. The customer was surprised and annoyed that their shake was not made first. Another guest felt uncomfortable and unwanted by the shift lead, who yelled at them for saying "regular sandwich" instead of "original sandwich." The rest of the employees were very kind and hardworking. Not all Potbelly’s are created equal.
