“Met friends for dinner on a Monday evening. Our server (John) was amazing. He had answers for our many questions, was prompt, courteous and fun to chat with. After we'd finished our meal, we found out it was his first day as a server - what!? You would have though he'd been doing this for years - he was ECXCELLENT! Thank you John for making our visit so wonderful. The friends I met there for dinner are really fun and we don't get to see each other very often. That dinner was not only super delicious, but our server John was at the top of his game, made the occasion all the better. We couldn't have been more impressed! Thank you for making our get together for dinner so lovely. One more thing...keep that never ending pasta bowl coming. That promo is the BEST thing Olive Garden does each year!!“

“5�s, Panera! I ordered a panini and quinoa bowl for dinner / lunch tomorrow. Got to the car and found she thought I wanted a U pick 2 and only got a 1/2 panini �. Went back in and asked her and manager over heard. I said ok, if I didn’t pay for it then that’s ok. Manager Insisted on making me the other half and he threw in a bag of chips. Now that’s customer service. Thank you!!! �“

“Happened upon this place and decided to give it a try. I'm thoroughly impressed! From the service (I'm so sorry that I didn't get his name, but he was a younger guy, working at 7:30 on 6/18 and it was his mom's birthday....if that helps up identify which worker)....he was super nice and super helpful! Please pass along how great he is!! But besides the service, the food was AMAZING! I've been in search of a new place, and I'm beyond happy that I happened to be getting ice cream, next door, and happened to see their menu in the window. I kept it simple, this time, but I will definitely be back. Both because of the food, and because of the genuinely pleasant nature of the worker.“

“I remember when this location first opened and it was great. Again, it reminds me of a Starbucks where when it first opened, it was all the craze, but now corners and floors and sections are sticky and dusty. If you look up, almost all the lighting fixtures have layers of dust on them. The seating section has high tops, booths, tables, and a variety of options, but there’s no covered seating outside. I get the whole concept of ordering on the kiosk, but still, I think it backs up the front area as some people are still not comfortable are with the app/kiosk order method. The food pick up area is well staffed and runs smoothly. Food is solid. Today, 2 smoothies, 2 bagels, and 2 soups/mac were about $40. I think this is pricey….“
