“Passed by this place 100 times and finally decided to give it a try. Kept it safe with my 1st time order and tried the chicken pad Thai and the crab Rangoon. It was amazing!! So flavorful it packed a punch in every bite! I got medium spicy and it was the perfect amount of heat, food was fresh and came fast, no long wait times. I've eaten tamales most of my life and I brought some for my grandma who came to Chicago from Mexico and she absolutely loved them she has been eating them for 70 plus years and for her to provide her stamp of approval means a lot. “We went for lunch and ordered the green curry and the yellow curry. Both tastes spicy and sweet of coconut milk. I chose medium spicy, but it’s quite spicy for me. The other one chose hot spicy and it was hard to finish it because it was too spicy.

“Stumbled upon to Claypot by happenstance with my fiancée a couple years ago and have been going back since! I thought I wrote a review already but better late than never. This is by far one of our FAVORITE lunch/dinner spots to go to. The food is so flavorful, healthy, and abundant. The service is very attentive. There are some days where it may be slower because they are busy, but it’s a small location with only a few servers so give them grace if that’s happens with you. I brought a party of 12 one time which took basically a quarter of their restaurant on a busy night. Anyway, I’ve brought a majority of my family members here and they all love it!! You not only leave full and happy, but you feel energized rather than groggy/lethargic like other places. Will not stop going to, bringing people to, and recommending this spot ever. Wishing lots of prosperity and business to them.“

“best sushi in the chicagoland area for me! this little stall inside Hmart Niles’ food court is such a hidden gem. my husband and i actually come here once a week now, it’s officially become our comfort-food spot. i’m not a raw-sushi person at all, but they have amazing cooked options. i'm obsessed with the salmon yaki roll. seriously, it’s that good, always fresh and consistent.

we chatted with the owner once, and he told us he even makes the wasabi from scratch. the wasabi alone deserves an award, so flavorful, not the harsh store-bought kind. the owner is almost always there, making the sushi himself and running things with such a friendly vibe. he truly deserves recognition. this is literally the only sushi my stomach can tolerate, so that says a lot.

and it’s not just the sushi. their entrées are unforgettable too. my husband swears by the chicken katsu: crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and the portion/price is super fair.

“This place is a must-try if you're driving to Deerfield for the first time. I came across this place while I was on my way to work and I figured I'd give this place a go.

The moment I walked in, I was amazed with what the restaurant had to offer between its sandwiches, soups, salads, and desserts.

I ordered their brisket sandwich, which was really good, and I wanted to try one of their dirty sodas as well. FUN FACT: They let you make your own dirty sodas. Not to mention that they also give you a free chocolate dipped strawberry with your order and I definitely didn't want to miss out on that.

The server up front was also very kind and he let me sample some of the soups while I was browsing through the menu.

Overall, great service, great food, and definitely a top recommendation for those living in the Deerfield area.“

The salad was terrific and it being unlimited was a definite plus. What really made the evening enjoyable was the service by our waitress YARETZI. She was extremely pleasant and professional. “I've been here a couple of times now. I'm not usually a huge pizza fan, but this place has definitely impressed me. On my most recent visit, we stopped by on a Friday afternoon and ordered the fried calamari and a deep-dish pizza. Both were really good, and I especially enjoyed the pizza.

One thing I noticed is that the toppings can be a little inconsistent at times. Some pizzas seem to have more meat and less cheese, while others have more cheese and less meat. “Panera Bread became my favorite family dine-out, sub and salad joint, when we lived at Great Lakes Navy Housing and my husband worked in Deerfield, IL, back in 2005. My most memorable meal is the Greek Salad next to the Apple Cranberry Salad... Their Panini sandwiches are delicious too! All food is freshly made daily, and at the end of the day, they gave their daily baked goods to their last paying customers on that day. Not sure if they did that regularly or as a generous gesture since we were a young military family of 5. Either way, I recommend Panera Bread!“

I joined Sips club and went on a tour of the country. This was the nicest and cleanest Panera by far. Everything well stocked, restroom clean, upholstery on the booths well maintained.

Would definitely come back here if I were passing through.“
