The manager took my call and commiserated with me a bit and suggested that I place my order directly with them via their website. Since I am just across the parking lot and can't leave my location (I was running out of time for my lunch), he graciously offered to run my order to me personally. JC showed up a matter of minutes later with my extremely tasty food and a smile!. I love their Lobster Bisque soup and mine was still nice and hot. Bonus... While on the website, I registered for the Cafe Zupas loyalty program and got a Free beverage! And, even though I have a discount on GH from my Amazon Prime account, my bill was nearly $8 cheaper! Overall, my experience today with Cafe Zupas Schaumburg has been stellar and I'll be ordering from them (directly, no more GrubHub) frequently and encouraging my coworkers and clients to do the same. Now where is that chocolate covered strawberry for my dessert. Yummy!“

“Been here a few times now. Generally the service is very friendly and on point. The last time we went the server was not friendly and made it seem like we were a burden. Food is good for what you expect from olive garden. Spinach dip was meh. Entrees are always good !“

“I worked for Francesca’s, the Italian restaurant, for over 12 years and loved the food there. When I ate I Sonny’s, I told the owner that the chopped salad and pasta that I had at Sonny’s was better than Francesca’s 100%. “We went for lunch and ordered the green curry and the yellow curry. Both tastes spicy and sweet of coconut milk. I chose medium spicy, but it’s quite spicy for me. The other one chose hot spicy and it was hard to finish it because it was too spicy.

Taste was good and the price is reasonable, so I’d like to visit there again, but I recommend to choose less spicy..“

The service was EXTRAORDINARY! Our server was Alyssa, who earned a shout-out with the Manager.

From the service (I'm so sorry that I didn't get his name, but he was a younger guy, working at 7:30 on 6/18 and it was his mom's birthday....if that helps up identify which worker)....he was super nice and super helpful! Please pass along how great he is!! But besides the service, the food was AMAZING! I've been in search of a new place, and I'm beyond happy that I happened to be getting ice cream, next door, and happened to see their menu in the window.
