The team works well together and you can tell they take pride in their work. Food is delicious. Restaurant is clean love when they add the specials.
I normally don’t visit zupas due to a bad experience in this past at a different location but I decided to try it again the other day and this very sweet girl at the front greeted and helped me decide what i wanted, her name was lilly and she made me feel welcome. Not only that but i proceeded to order the turkey bacon avacado sandwich and it was great. Definitely Remedied my last experience.
Stopped here today while I was in Kildeer. Always love when a Zupa is nearby! Had the Mediterranean bowl and cup of Chickpea & Vegetable soup. Tons of healthy hearty options. Staff was friendly and helpful! Looking forward to my next visit! -Ryan

The restaurant is clean, fresh, cozy and comforting. The food is delicious, amazing, creamy, rich and full of flavor. The mushroom soup is a highlight and the s’mores chocolate covered strawberries are recommended. The mango flavored drink is loved and mix with diet coke. The staff are super helpful, attentive, kind and professional. Service is great, patient and welcoming and super great. The manager is welcoming and the team is helpful. The spot is nice for a quick lunch or dinner. Customers say they are definitely coming back and recommend the place to friends and family.
