“GrubHub left me hanging and cancelled my order without any meaningful explanation. Since I was still hungry and wanted dinner, I called the store directly. Boy am I glad I did! The manager took my call and commiserated with me a bit and suggested that I place my order directly with them via their website. Since I am just across the parking lot and can't leave my location (I was running out of time for my lunch), he graciously offered to run my order to me personally. JC showed up a matter of minutes later with my extremely tasty food and a smile!. I love their Lobster Bisque soup and mine was still nice and hot. Bonus... While on the website, I registered for the Cafe Zupas loyalty program and got a Free beverage! And, even though I have a discount on GH from my Amazon Prime account, my bill was nearly $8 cheaper! Overall, my experience today with Cafe Zupas Schaumburg has been stellar and I'll be ordering from them (directly, no more GrubHub) frequently and encouraging my coworkers and clients to do the same. “Staff is amazing. I'm not sure what role rank a gentleman was in the restaurant but he definitely wasn't a server, probably the Manger or assistant Manger, a gentleman with locked hair. He had a slight accent, I think he's Jamaican. He went around and made sure everyone was pleased with their food. Helped the server to deal with a table that had six children and made sure no one had allergies and was pleased with their food. All the staff memeber were very polite and my food came out in a good time. I definitely recommend Olive Garden, Vernon Hills. Clean and professional staff.“
