I've been to a lot of panera bread locations and this one by far has been the best I've been too. The food tastes great and they followed my modifications perfectly! I also have their sips club which is great I'm just disappointed Panera doesn't offer as many drink options to sips club members as they did last year.
I love this place, but the consistency and customer service have become a massive letdown. Every time I try to order the new 'stuffer,' I either get handed a steak salad at the counter or am told they’re sold out. Why add a new item to the menu if you can't keep it in stock or train the staff to make it correctly? When I brought this up to the team, they couldn't have cared less. Great food, but management and staff desperately need a wake-up call regarding customer service.
