Leo, one of the managers at the McDonald’s on Rand Road in Palatine, is genuinely one of the kindest and most welcoming people I’ve encountered in customer service. He somehow makes a McDonald’s feel like a five-star restaurant with his attention and genuine care for people. You just don’t see service like this very often. McDonald’s is fortunate to have him.
