15 Best Coffee Shops in Palatine

“Delicious, fresh, healthy smoothies on a hot day were absolutely perfect. William made our daughter a minion milkshake (and secretly made it healthy without her knowing, which was perfect for our very picky eater), and our son enjoyed a taro boba tea with popping mango boba. Such a great find, and fabulous owner!“

“My friend and I were having a mom date and were looking for a place to stop buy for some coffee and ended up at this welcoming establishment . We loved the tasty options - I had a delicious chocolate croissant and a salted caramel latte. It was absolutely perfect! I can’t wait to go there again!“

“Spunky donuts are tremendous. Old school vibe.“

“This is my favorite coffee shop in palatine by FAR! The food and drinks are always amazing, but the team that works at this location is unmatched. Everyone is always so kind and attentive, but Jillian, Ashley, Stephanie, Sophia, and Jordan take customer service to the next level. I have never left unhappy in the several years I have come to this coffee shop. As a fellow hospitality industry worker, I thank you guys for your care and commitment to always delivering the best customer experience possible. See you soon :)“

“アイスコーヒーとバブルワッフルで午後のひと時を楽しめます。“

“I have to give a huge shoutout to Molly! I came to 7 Brew completely overwhelmed by the number of drink options and had no idea what to order. Molly basically took one look at me and just ordered me what she gets 😂 I fully pulled a When Harry Met Sally — “I’ll have what she’s having.”

Not only did she make me an AMAZING drink, but she didn’t gatekeep the brew. She actually took the time to write down her exact order on a sticky note and put it on my cup so I’d know how to order it again next time. 😭

It was such a small gesture, but genuinely such a thoughtful one. Molly was so sweet, helpful, and personable, and it’s little interactions like this that make you want to come back to a place.

Molly, you’re a girls’ girl. 10/10 service and 10/10 drink. Give this girl some recognition! 👏❤️“

“excellent service everyone was friendly and the food was amazing.“

“Excelente lugar con un menú delicioso 💯 % recomendó“

“I went into target and decided to grab a coffee to start my day and I was greeted by Jessica! She was very efficient and made sure to confirm my order and then made likely the best coffee I’ve had in a long time! I come to Starbucks daily, and her ratio of exactly my request was perfect! Thank you, Jessica, and Starbucks for making my day!“

“(Translated by Google) It is a very nice place, they serve you very well with very good vibes and first of all everything is very healthy and delicious, I recommend it so that you take a bike and try everything there.(Original)Es un Lugar mui bonito, te atienden mui bien con mui buenas vibras y en primer Lugar todo es mui saludable y delicioso, lo recomiendo para que lo biciten y prueben todo lo que aí.“

“I am only getting my cupcakes/cakes from Sweet C’s. Love the online availability through her website.

I ordered through Sweet C’s website for a birthday and I was behind on ordering due to my kids being sick. Celia was extremely kind despite it being a last minute order that was 100% my fault.

She had 2 dozen cupcakes for me and they were delicious. Everyone loved them - from the adults to the kids at the party. I always order extra cupcakes to bring home in case I can’t sit down at the party and enjoy a cupcake. I only have 2 left over and now have to share with the kids?! Not happy. Next time I’m giving myself a 6 cupcake buffer instead of 4.

Very easy to communicate with, is on time for pick up the cupcakes and you can still upload a design like she had in store. 10/10 recommend. We went with chocolate cupcakes and a vanilla buttercream. The cupcake will so soft and the buttercream was perfectly fluffy and just the right amount of sweetness. Very well balanced cupcake.

The customer service and the cupcakes were both outstanding. Placing my cupcake order for my birthday today with a 1/2 dozen cookie kit for Halloween.

Dietary restrictions: Able to have some accommodations for dietary restrictions but like many bakeries, cross contamination can happen. She has an info section on this on her website.

Kid-friendliness: She was amazing with my youngest who attempted to place a birthday cake order for June of 2025.“

“I came back out to Palatine for the Turkey Trot this past weekend and rewarded myself with some egg white bites and a protein coffee afterwards (I also had to get a blueberry muffin for my fiancé of course as well). I ordered through the app and the food was done upon my arrival, only about 5 minutes after submitting the order. A very kind staff member then informed me they had to make the protein coffee, as they make the protein mixture themselves. I really appreciated their attentiveness and communication not only to myself, but I noticed the staff treated all of their customers with this level of care. She even asked me about the Turkey Trot and made an effort to make myself and the other customers she helped feel seen and heard (I wish I remembered her name!) This experience made me jealous that this isn’t my usual coffee shop, I wish I lived closer still or else it would be!“

“I love PHO and they do an awesome meal of PHO. I will definitely return!“

“Kim is awesome!!! She already knows my favorite items I might be interested in that day.“

“El mejor café y el mejor servicio está aquí . Te esperamos!!!!!!“
