“We came for the first time and really enjoyed it!

We had the beef pho, shrimp spring rolls, classic bahn mi sandwich, Vietnamese coffee, and their Nutella latte. Everything was really great! The pho had a very clean and flavorful broth, the shrimp spring rolls were very light and refreshing, and the classic bahn mi was really tasty.

It’s also awesome they serve really great coffee/drinks to enjoy with your meal. The viet coffee is served with some condensed milk and cream, but wasn’t overly sweet and was perfectly balanced.

The staff was very kind and hospitable and the environment is very chill and tranquil with a modern interior. Look forward to visiting again!“

I got their pumpkin spice latte. It was different from other places as it is not just made with the pumpkin spice “spices” but also with pumpkin puree. And I loved that they are intentional about their food and beverages.

“I went in today to try the new Cookie Butter Pumpkin latte I saw on their instagram, and I’m so glad I did. Tastes exactly like cookie butter and pumpkin—I was honored to be the first to try it. The price is comparable to a dunkin latte, but it always feels and tastes better to support local businesses. The staff inside were very nice as well! I didn’t snap any pictures because we ate them so quickly, but their Hazelnut Beignets are a must try, especially at such a low price (<$2)) Now that I’m back home, I’ll definitely be by here more often. Cafe 44 has never disappointed me!“

“Im in town visiting family. I love this place! Im originally from around here. I miss the city and walking everywhere. I live in an area i can't walk to shops. Loved walking and spending time at Khepri. Been here 2x this week. I ordered the panang chicken and new banana latte with cold foam to go. Service was amazing and such friendly staff. The latte was so good, sweet. I hope the barista was right when i asked if this banana latte will be a regular on the menu. The small bites chicken dish was just the right size to hold me till later today for dinner. Thank you for the yummy latte and delicious tasting panang chicken. My visits have been smooth and pleasant, and the staff always seem to create a positive environment. It is definitely one of my favorite Starbucks locations around Glenview, and I am always happy to come back.“

I was really bummed because that was actually what I had ordered for myself, lol. “Stopped by Churro Parlor in Lakeview, and it did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was warm and inviting. Jennifer was absolutely amazing—she took the time to explain the menu, offered great recommendations, and made sure we had the best experience. The churros were fresh, perfectly crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. We tried a few different flavors, and each one was better than the last!
