You can really tell they care about the customer experience and make sure you feel comfortable and taken care of. Now let’s talk about the lemonades—WOW. Infused and delicious, it was honestly one of the best lemonades I’ve ever had. And the baked goods? Incredible. Soft, flavorful, and just the right amount of kick. Everything I tried was amazing, and I can’t wait to go back and try more. I seriously love, love, love this place. The staff, the products, the vibe—Blazed Bakery is on point. “We read about Joe Doughnut Itasca and thought we would give it a try…pulled up to a Shell gas station?!? Wow we were pleasantly surprised. Can’t begin to say enough good things about this place…not gas station food, custom fresh made to your liking off their full menu. Doughnuts were great, flapjacks were outstanding. Great variety of coffee products - regular, cold brew, lattes etc. The staff were warm and friendly, making you feel at home and explaining the menu to you. Met the co-owner, wonderful lady with passion for this place. Can’t believe it has been open for over 2 years. Great kept little secret. Will be back to try more of the menu!“

We’ve used them for teacher gift cards every year, and it’s become one of our favorite traditions—such an easy and appreciated gift. “I’m a regular at Off the Wall. Great gluten free options- they can make the breakfast sandwiches with GF English muffins and the GF blueberry/choc chip muffins are individually wrapped. They have really good drip coffee (I get the house). I also love their London fog if I’m in a tea mood. The atmosphere is a little dark. It’s usually nice and empty from open until 9am(ish), then is packed the rest of the day.“

“Coffee here is solid — nothing mind-blowing, but definitely good and consistent with no complaints. The real standout is the space: it’s very spacious with plenty of seating, and there’s always a few people getting work done. It makes for a really comfortable place to hang out for a while.

The service, though, has been a bit odd in my experience. I’ve been here a handful of times, and more often than not I end up standing at the counter for a few minutes before being acknowledged, and when I am, it can feel a bit begrudging.

I did my order on the app, I ordered coffee which wasn't available anymore, I didn't notice time frames and the app allowed me to buy this drink, when I got to pick up window, the girl which works there, very friendly and wonderful young woman apologized so much explaining that they don't have this coffee at that time no more and gave me 3 donuts for that. “We love Eli’s Cheesecake in Chicago and have been coming every year ( at least 10 years as of now) to pick up cheesecakes for the holidays. We usually buy 20+ cheesecakes for our friends and neighbors, and the service is always wonderful. Rosa, the store manager, was always especially kind and helpful during our visits. “I’ve been coming here a while since they opened. It’s great to have this location in downtown Mount Prospect.
I live within walking distance, live right across from the library.
As always, the owners as you can see the gentleman in the pictures always smiling happy that we are all enjoying his restaurant.

The husband and wife team are amazing people there they have a great display of machines, snacks, Ramen, and the best fun drinks.

Today I went by because I was on a huge DoorDash order. It’s great to be able to come here as a customer and as a delivery driver.

So many drinks I took to a companies office.

It’s so great that the owners has the order ready for me as I arrived and can do very large orders.

I know my customers are happy. I’ve seen people sitting there with a smile and I’m so glad they are here with us in downtown Mount Prospect.

We’ve had our place since 2016 and I’ve seen many buildings and businesses come into our area.

“I have an older home espresso machine and ran into some big problems. Called around and either got companies not really interested or ones that wanted 200 to just look at it. I found this place and called. Very cool and very understanding with a reasonable diagnostic fee. Brought my unit there and he started the repair. He found an expensive part that needed to be replaced but contacted me first and explained the repair in detail. I proceeded with the repair. Picked my machine up yesterday and was very happy to have it up and running again. It looks great and is working like new. The total bill was more than fair. Im very happy i brought it here and will come back when i need repair. Great place to do business with.“
