“Every time I order with the woman with a buzzcut (I believe her name is Diane)at the drive thru she is consistently extremely friendly, helpful, patient and in general just excellent at all facets of customer service. I always get a little excited when it is her who takes my order thru the drive thru. I'm honestly not sure why (unless she personally doesn't want to be) she isn't a part of the management team. It could really use some improvement as it stands, sad that a "regular staff" goes above and beyond all the time when management is snarky and treats costumers as if they are a burden.Should be noted that every time.i order a coke with no ice it is rang in correctly per my receipt but somehow EVERY TIME has ice. So much ice.And God forbid I ask for that miatake to be corrected by the second window staff who make the drinks... its like i may as well have asked them to scale the building without using their hands.Kid-friendliness: Play place is nice for the kids, but be prepared all day on weekends and anytime from 330-730 on weekdays for overwhelmingly loud bellowing echos of screams. mostly acreams of joy... I hope. And to clean your own table because the customers are awful people who assume they are somehow too good to take the messes their children make to the trash or cleanup after themselves even though it goes without saying you clear your own trash at McDonald's.Also, avoid the playplace bathroom at all costs. That's self-explanatory.“
“My mocha was the best I’ve ever had in all my years of visiting various Starbucks across the nation. The store is somewhat smaller but quaint and cute. Not a lot of seating and my Sconnie self was not prepared for the aggressive traffic and parking .Parking: It was tight. There’s a restaurant next door and the drive through comes out near the entrance. Drive carefully!“
“I love Starbucks store in the fall and winter months especially the holiday flavors are the best had the crème brûlée latte and it tasted like a liquid warm crème brûlée or hot crème brûlée it was absolutely delicious perfectly not too sweet the barista was great love the new holiday cups can't wait to try the other flavors the toasted white chocolate mocha sounds fabulous and yes I am a pumpkin spice fan but I choose mine with less sweetener and you cannot be a great cup of Sumatra they have some beautiful coffee mugs and tumblers out as gifts I suggest everyone pick them up I definitely enjoyed mine“

“This company is simply the best. We own a Ford Lincoln dealership and our previous provider did a nice job but Brew Smart and Scott's team do an amazing job. Yes the prices are great but that isn't why we love them. The service is unbelievable, deliveries are more than prompt and on time. The equipment they provide takes the look of our guest experience to the level of a 5 star hotel or one of your favorite restaurants. The products they offer are gourmet in taste and at a budget we love. They also produced marketing materials for our internal branding that took us to another level. “This the only Dunkin that actually makes the drinks consistently correct every time! I’ve been to MANY dunkins and as I am from the city (family local). The best part after getting a perfect brew is the sweet man working. I’m not sure if he’s a manager but he is so sweet and I love seeing his smiling face every time I go! I wish I knew his name so I could give him credit.“
“I’ve been coming to this location since I moved to the neighborhood just because it’s the most convenient to me. The type of service I get is extremely different from what time of day I happen to visit. I’ve been in at 11 and received snappy service and cold and soggy food. This past week I’ve visited a few times in the late afternoon and seen the exact opposite. The two people running the store were extremely friendly and attentive, made sure they got my order right and made me delicious food. One day in particular there was a bit of a wait maybe 5 minutes or so and the young woman was very sorry for the wait and gave me a free extra donut as an apology. During the time I spent in the store I noticed them having a great time working together which reminds me of working at Dunkin with my college roommate a few years ago. It’s so nice. Morning crew needs to learn a lesson from these two. Especially about those hash browns. I hated the cold and soggy hash browns that morning crew gave me. But the nice hot and crispy ones that the young lady gave me were perfect. I will no longer accept hash browns or food from any other employee besides her. The tall man in the morning with dark hair is the most unpleasant to be around. Obviously hates his job. Needs to be fired as he is extremely rude and never smiles. The woman that’s usually with him seems way too defensive all the time. Can’t even acknowledge there was an issue with my order without her giving attitude immediately. I will only be coming in the afternoons from now onVegetarian options: Egg and cheese croissant, hash browns, stuffed mini bagels“
“This particular location has been a great community business that is service oriented. With the dozens of times I've been there, I have had an order go wrong. But, I was impressed how well they responded to make it right. Friendly workers and fast service! I have been there many times and I have never had a bad experience. Always seem to be in a good mood when I go there. They have treats for the dogs or can give a small whip cream treat. Nice to visit there. I typically go through the drive though, but the store has always been clean whenever I go inside.“
“So today is my wife's birthday and I wanted to get her the big breakfast with hotcakes. It's her favorite fast food meal. We don't eat much fast food anymore so this was supposed to be a special treat. I got there at 10:34 (they quit serving breakfast at 10:30) and was told that I could still get a few breakfast items but they had stopped serving. The he young woman helping me must have heard my disappointment because she double checked and told me that YES I can still order the big breakfast. Side note, I always have to ask for the hot cakes when I go to McDonalds but she offered them to me too before I could ask.The woman who took my payment told me to tell my wife happy birthdays. Ditto to the guy who handed me my coffee in window two. Finally in window three, the young woman who took my order handed my food over with a smile and told me to tell my wife happy birthday.Great service today team, keep up the GREAT work!“
