If you just like donuts, this will certainly satisfy, but if you're the foodie type, you can tell from the flavors, presentation, and balance that these are made by people with culinary technique. Their creme and berry filled croissants are perfect. Staff: 5 STARS. Always friendly and patient. Ambiance: 3.5 STARS. It's nothing spectacular but serves as a good enough place to meet and chat over goodies. Cleanliness: 2.5 STARS. This place consistently looks dirty. The tables are crumby, the floor is in dire need of a sweep and mop, and all of the glass on the food displays need a deep clean. Just looks grubby.“
“I still love this place, but I’ve come here the last three weeks at around 2:45pm on Tuesdays, and it’s been closed even though their hours on the door say that they should be open. It’s very disappointing and they should probably edit their hours.I bought the brown sugar milk tea as well as the Thai milk tea with boba and both were amazing! The employees were also very friendly and the shop offers a wide variety of options!“

“My son and I came in to try Bubble Tea for the first time. Since we weren't sure what to get, the young woman at the register helped us out. She was very pleasant and friendly. And we LOVED our milk teas! My son loved it so much he asked if we could go back tonight to get another mango milk tea w/ bursting mango bobas. Highly recommend and we'll definitely be back a lot more in the future!“
“AMAZING DRINKS!This was one great find for us. We got Taro slush and Mango yogurt slush with lychee chewy jelly. The drinks tasted great. The girls at the service desk were very nice and helpful. “I ordered a brewed coffee and a Hawaiian bread (I don't remember the exact name). I had high expectations for the bread to be more moist. My sister got the last cup of coffee, so they made me a new one. Mine was pretty good, but my sister said hers wasn't as good. “Busy on a Friday night, but service was fast. Mango smoothie was great. Old fashioned bing soo was good, but could have used more ice. Coffee bing soo no bueno, something was off about it. It was quite bitter and then the fruity pebbles made it taste even odder. The red bing soo was happily eaten.“
“This Dunkin Donuts has pleasant, more modern and updated decor which makes the experience of dining in much better. The soughdough breakfast sandwich I had with my choice of turkey sausage was decent. The avocado toast that I also had was made well, but the guacamole was a bit too cold on the toast which made the toast seem cold. Undoubtedly Dunkin probably keeps a redimade avocado mash / guacamole refrigerated until use; yet I believe if you are going to make exceptional avocado toast, you need to mash the avocado at room temperature, use the right spices, and immediately serve it on newly made extra warm toast.The vanilla cold brew with sweet foam was decent and the vanilla flavored cold brew coffee thankfully did not any extra sugary sweetness to the drink.“
“Today (Sunday, 1/29), was my 3rd time here! Great visit! I ordered the Ultimate Ace Milk Tea; it was really good —loved its honey flavor and smooth milkiness! The previous times i came here—Saturday 1/21 and Sunday, 1/22---were both great, too! On Saturday, I had the Dragonball Tea; on Sunday, the Grapefruit Lychee Jelly Tea--I'd definitely order both again! I haven't been to a tea house in about 6 or 7 years when I used to make the schlep to Highland Park to Billy Corgan's tea house, Madame Zuzu's! Umbrella Tea House is, so far, the absolute best I've ever been to (closer to home, not as pricey, better ambience, younger/more interesting clientele)! The tea selection is huge and interesting, the ambience is hip and surreal (loved the beautiful, trippy, lit up enchanted forest decor inside, plus the small comfy couch seating in the back, along with all the anime figures on the counter...So very COOL!!! The employees who work here are professional, knowledgeable, and efficient! Last, the clientele here is young, diverse and very cool without any pretension--I hung out for 2 hours each visit, loving my awesomely flavorful, relaxing tea and digging the surreal, chilled out vibe of the place and the atom collider of Millennial/Gen Z-ers who flooded the place after I came in each time! You could people watch all day! The first time I came in, a young dude with a long denim dress came in! Today, 4 Pakistani dudes with long black beards in traditional gown-like outfits came in! It was all too cool to see such diversity in 1 spot each time! Definitely coming back a few million more times!!“
