The gyoza was so good we ordered two servings. The salmon was fresh and serving size generous. The fried chicken also so so good. Prices are very reasonable. “Had an amazing meal at Flambé Karma and can’t stop thinking about it! The mango habanero paneer tikka was incredible!! Sweet, spicy, and easily one of the best paneers I’ve had. The masala chicken momos were another standout, with a sauce so good they were generous with it in every bite. The goat curry was a personal favorite, right up there with the paneer, and the chicken dum biryani had the chicken falling right off the bone. We also loved the garlic naan and cheese kulcha (so cheesy!), the tandoori whole fish with a delicious marinade, and of course a mango lassi to top it all off. The papar with spicy and sweet chutney was a great starter too.

Beyond the food, the ambiance and music were fire, such great vibes throughout the whole meal. And they literally set part of the dish on fire, which is where the name Flambé Karma comes from such a fun touch!

Highly recommend if you’re in the Buffalo Grove area. Will definitely be back!”

“I ordered the double cheeseburger and it was super tasty. The meat didn’t fall apart like in some places and it was just flavorful all around. There was more bun than burger but it was still good. The fairies were awesome too! And so was the spicy corn. I got the chicken wings to go. Personally, I’d like a little more seasoning on them but overall they were good too. The strawberry refresher was so nice to wash everything down. The cashier is an absolute sweetheart and the restaurant was kind of quiet but still. I’ve. Can’t wait to go back!”

“I visited Samarkand Cafe for their pilaf, and it was absolutely delicious—authentic Uzbek food full of flavor. I also loved their compote; it was refreshing and very tasty. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, with a beautiful traditional Uzbek-style interior that makes the experience feel even more authentic. If you’re looking for real Uzbek cuisine, I definitely recommend this place.”

“Absolutely love this restaurant. We had brought a tray of lasagna to a party years ago and had nothing but rave reviews. We moved down to FL 7 years ago so it’s been awhile since we have been able to eat here. We bought another tray of lasagna this weekend for a party. Let me tell you…it was so delicious! We are still hearing people rave about it and hope it brings new customers your way. Your GF ravioli was awesome as well. Great food, wonderful customer service, cute restaurant. Now we just need a location opened in SWFL! We will be back and we will always highly recommend this place. Thank you!”

“I finally was in the area and managed to stop by and try this bakery out today. Having a nut allergy, safe bakeries are extremely hard to come by. The fact that this place is also delicious will have me back for sure. Nice employee, delicious treats, I definitely recommend.”

“I eat here quite often for work. What ive found is that the noodle and curry dishes are absolutely great. Fried rice is disappointing. I trued it once before and felt that, tried again to see if its a fluke and it wasn't. The rice is nushy. I've made better fried rice at hone. I think the way the cook is not hot enough.”

“Love this bakery - plenty of cake options with fresh fruits and whipped cream, and freshly baked pastries. Good variety of bread options and handcrafted coffees (hot pistachio cloud latte is 💚).
One thing to note is that some of packaged items are imported from Korea. So, if you're looking for freshly items, either get look for those explicitly marked as freshly baked or ask the staff.

One recommendation to the owners: if opening time could be shifted earlier, it would be greatly appreciated! Typically coffee shops open at 7-ish because people try to get breakfast before work. Many days I have to be at work by 8:30, which makes it impossible to get to TLJ at 9AM if I have budget for coffee and I go elsewhere.”

“My experience was both positive and negative. The food was pricey but well worth it since you can get 2 or 3 meals out of it. My wife's sesame chicken had an abundance or sweet and sour sauce. Too much for her taste. My shrimp eggs foo young was great along with the egg rolls. My pickup experience was terrible. The sign says "ring the bell"to notify them you're there. After 3 rings and 5 minutes with no response I called them to let them know I was there. They finally came out, no apology just pushed the order thru the plastic and sign the receipt. Not even a thank you. I trust this rudeness was just the result of a bad day and not par for the course.”
