“We had a girls dinner at Coopers Hawk and all was fantastic - the food, atmosphere and service. Our waitress Paula was amazing and just so sweet attentive. I ordered some appetizers to munch on. The drunken shrimp (came with 5) were good and crisp. the ‘over the border egg rolls’ were the best I have ever had! Two of the three dipping sauces it came with were dynamite! In additional to their famous crispy brussels sprouts, I will also be ordering the on the border egg rolls too. The Cooper’s hawk ale was also a delightful”
“What a great experience! Andy served us and offered suggestions and samples. The food was great and tasty! We had tomato soup, mushroom soup, Cobb salad and Chicken BBQ salad. All delish! But Andy stood out! What a great employee!”
“There’s many breakfast options in the area including several Brunch Cafes but the Deer Park location is our go to choice. The wait staff is always friendly and the food comes out super fast. The owner takes the time to welcome customers which makes you really feel welcome.”
“Food was a 7/10. The prices were downtown Chicago prices. $15 for a burrito bowl that was about half the size of Chipotle. And $5 for a standard size taco is absurd. Loses a star for price alone. The food was good but again for the price you start to compare it to other places that are cheaper and equal in quality or better.”
“Buona Beef in Kildeer hits the mark for those craving an exceptional beef sandwich! As a connoisseur of good beef sandwiches, I can say Buona stands out, rivaling even my long-time favorite, Johnny's Beef. Their sandwiches are packed with flavor, tender, and juicy, just the way a beef sandwich should be. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly service only add to the experience, making it a must-visit spot for any beef sandwich aficionado. Definitely a top pick for me!”
“Four of us went here for a business dinner. It’s a good small place with exceptional food. Frankly - it was excellent and all four of us were very satisfied.Kyle was a great server as well.Highly recommend this place!”
“Parking: Only about 10 spots in the front and then a side parking lot with more spots but further awayKid-friendliness: They have a kids menu and separate ice cream and milk shake restaurant inside as wellWheelchair accessibility: All on the ground level with accessible parking right by the entrance. Tables have chairs that can be moved to accommodate a wheelchair”
“Yum. Blta is interesting. Not sure its supposed to have this much black pepper but it has alot and tastes delicious. I mistakenly got white pepper at home and it smells so bad. The black pepper on this blta is refreshing. So good... yummmm....And the price is ok. Sonic is the cheapest, but Potbellies isn't bad priced. The regular is an ok size. The biggs is a bit too expensive at about $14 with tax. At least its not panera which is like $17-$18.Parking: Sometimes have to park by Chipotle to make sure i don't hit anyone.”
“Kind of expensive. Like $10 for cheapest burger they have, and no drive threw. But it is a nice greasy yummy burger. Oh and i forgot to get the CAJUN FRIES!!! Oh man! Its only 5 guys and meatheads that have CAJUN FRIES ? 5 guys is way closer though. Gotta get my CAJUN fix!!! I'll be back!!!Oh and they got free peanuts!!! Did u hear that!?!? FREE FOOD!!! FREE PEANUTS ? ???”
“The environment around the bakery is small but cozy. The workers here are so kind, and their Bundt cakes are even better. I really love their cream cheese frosting it is so tasty and addicting. I would definitely recommend you come try it. My favorite flavor personally is their red velvet Bundt cake.”
“Service was normal nothing to get over excited about. The food was nice and hot and was carefully prepared and cooked right before you. I highly recommend this place.”
“Went there for a birthday party with part of our family and grandchildren. Our chef was wonderful paid attention to the children made everyone's meal. Very entertaining and enjoyable food was also goodKid-friendliness: Everyone was great”
“I liked Chick-fil-A's spicy chicken strips, but they discontinued them. Long lines at the drive-through do not make getting take-out much fun. I do like the food, the chicken strips are good and the fries are also good. The people working the drive-through did not ask me if I wanted sauce or ketchup, so I got neither and only one napkin. I still like the food, but the experience could have been better.”
“I've read some rather bad reviews of this location on here, but I disagree with their assessment. My husband and I went there yesterday for lunch before going to a movie across the street. The staff was friendly, the food was good, and the restaurant was clean. No complaints from us. Plus, 2 officers from the local police department were there getting their lunch. One thing I have learned over the years--if cops eat there, it must be good.”
“Cristian was attentive, engaging, prompt, very pleasant. Highly recommended! Margaritas are good. I like frozen vs on the rocks. Purpose of this, post is to HIGHLY compliment Cristian at the Lincolnshire, Il facility. Bien hecho!”
“This place has such a cool and fun atmosphere! Our server Kylie was so nice. And we met one of the managers, Anette, who was also nice and resolved our issue quickly. It was such a welcoming restaurant.”
“Great food! Appetizer of vegetable samosa was very tasty. I had a paneer dish, husband had a lamb dish, kids had butter chicken, all delicious & served hot! Naan was a great addition. We were served quickly and the atmosphere was romantic. We will definitely be back!”
“Authentic Italian flavors and hospitality. Virginia S. represented your establishment very well. Knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent dining experience that we hope to enjoy again soon.”
“Absolutely amazing new restaurant in Rolling Meadows. Have been there twice now, once for dine in, and the food was so good I got carry out for dinner only a few days later! Service is impeccable, the weekly specials are delicious, and everything tastes fresh and homemade. You can’t go wrong with anything you order. 10/10!”
“My visit to Drop the Dop was truly memorable! From the moment I stepped in, the staff greeted me with warmth and hospitality, making me feel right at home. They went above and beyond to help me customize my bowl, ensuring that every ingredient was just right to create the perfect blend of flavors. The ambiance of the restaurant was strikingly modern, with sleek decor that exuded a contemporary charm. The addition of lush green plants scattered throughout the space added a welcoming and inviting atmosphere, making it a delightful place to dine. Now, let's talk about the food – it was simply outstanding! Each ingredient looked impeccably fresh and vibrant, and the presentation was so enticing that it sparked my appetite instantly. And let's not forget about the delightful addition of a small bowl of miso soup, which perfectly complemented the meal.Despite the high quality and deliciousness of the food, I was pleasantly surprised by the affordability of the meal. With the total cost coming to around $12, it was not only a satisfying experience but also a great value for money. As if that wasn't enough, I was thrilled to receive a reward card that offered me a free meal after collecting 10 stamps. It's gestures like these that truly demonstrate Drop the Dop's commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty. In summary, my time at Drop the Dop was nothing short of exceptional. From the friendly staff to the modern ambiance, delectable food, and enticing rewards program, it's safe to say that I'll be returning again and again for more culinary delights!Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free option.”
“A suburban gem! The appetizers are so good and a wonderful way to start a meal. We have been here for two special occasions and have enjoyed the whole dining experience.”
“First time in this restaurant! From tender ribs to smoky pulled pork and melt in your mouth brisket, every bite is a flavor explosion!! But it’s not just about the meat—the sides are equally outstanding. Jalapeños cheese corn bread out of this world!”
“We’ve been to Lady Dahlia a few times now and I’ve been really impressed with the food, service and atmosphere. I especially loved the guacamole trio and the drinks.”
“This places is amazing! Everything I have tried so far is delicious. The staff is so friendly and make you feel so welcomed. I will definitely be going back again and again. Love this place. ?”
“We tried this place for the first time. We needed a sourdough baguette. We also picked up pastries and drinks there. Everything was very good. The almond croissant was delicious.”
“The owners deliver pure magic to both children and adults alike! It truly is a happy place, you can feel it as soon as you walk in. The Peach smoothie was excellent and I look forward to trying more, there were many sorbets and ice cream flavors to choose from. The creations in ice cream that we received were works of art and joy. Highly recommended from a local parent’s social media group and delivered 100%! We will definitely work this into our routine. Pure joy. A Palatine treasure.”
“Impeccable. Fantastic. Bussin'.You haven't had fried chicken like the Korean Fried Chicken served here. It definitely rivals American Southern Style. The food is so good we ordered some to go right after our meal. A great choice for Sunday night football or a guys night in gaming. Ladies, I don't know what y'all do.I got the Red Hot Pepper Chicken. The heat slowly builds while you chew, but is mellowed by a light sweetness at the beginning of every bite, making you want more.My girl got the Lemon Green Onion. The touch of citrus went really well with the mellow sweetness of the sauce leaving an almost fresh taste to a fried dish.Caring, enthusiastic and energetic Owner followed by kind and attentive wait staff.Seriously, homie is all over the place (in a good way). Behind the counter and at the table face to face; his interaction with us was comical and heartwarming. He went through the whole menu (large selection) and explained the varieties of fried chicken, recommended sauces, and alternative dishes if chicken ain't for you, nerds.Vegetarian options: I think it's hilarious to recommend a fried chicken restaurant to vegetarians. So yes, please come here. There are some options for y'all but not a lot. Mostly potato related items, cheese dishes if your diet allows it and Korean pancakes (savory). Seafood?Sincerely, good luck.Parking: It's a ducking mall dude. There is plenty of parking. To be closest, go off of Hawthorn Ctr. Northern side of mall.Google maps itKid-friendliness: Very understanding and patient staff to otherwise undeserving patrons.Cute kid running around, wrong place to do it though. Unbothered parents, specifically an entitled mom who says "oh, he's fine" until he slips and bust his head or breaks the expensive ? service robot they have. This lady had the huevos ? to give the dude attitude when he points out the kid chasing down Mr. Roboto and then is at the shop exit. She said "maybe we'll just leave" ?Bro, this is not "your village", it's a fried chicken chateau ?, raise your damn kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Yurrr. Y'all can roll up easy once inside. They can move some chairs aside. I got no smoke for y'all, I don't wanna get cancelled. But we can all agree we don't like vegetarians.I'm just kidding, grazers.”
“Very tasty ramen!Rich, not bland broth, delicious noodles, meat and shrimp are also just super!Fast delivery, pleasant serviceThank you for such a welcome! For two ramen with extra eggs it cost about $55”
“Just picked up a catering tray and the presentation was fantastic and most importantly the tray was made on time. Sushi was very fresh, and well packaged. Will have to come back and try their variations of flavors of Korean fried ”
“The service was fantastic at this cute place. The atmosphere and menu were wonderful. The food was pricey and ok. I ordered an extra egg which didn't come and was charged 3 dollars. One child's food came and the other came 8 minutes later.... doesn't seemlike a lot but it's a lot when you are with hungry kids. I am not sure if this would be my first choice for brunchI will go back for a drink though”
