“This is our favorite restaurant in Vernon Hills, and we come here frequently. Our recent dinner was a business dinner with a number of my colleagues and it was a great venue for the group to try new wines, taste delicious appetizers and enjoy great Indian-fusion entrees in an inviting space with great ambiance.”

“I have been here twice already and absolutely love this place. Some of the items can be a bit on the pricier side but what you're paying for is their twist on Mexican food and the excellent customer service. Shout out to Giovanni one of the servers and Edgar one of the managers who did an excellent job on paying attention to detail while we were there.”

“Absolutely love this place! I had no idea it was 100% Gluten Free, when searching for Gluten-free restaurants, this one doesn’t show up. But because it’s entirely GF, it would be awesome to add this to the Google Business account so it appears on searches.Vegetarian options: Tons of delicious veggie options.Dietary restrictions: 100% Gluten Free, options for every diet.Kid-friendliness: Great food that kids love!”

“Went here on a Friday night recently for the first time with a friend. The host and the waitress made sure that my first experience would be unforgettable. We received delicious appetizers on the house. Service was probably the best service I've received in a really long time. And most importantly the food was delicious and fresh. Staff put so much effort into their service and food. It was refreshing to have such a positive experience at a local restaurant for a change. Will be back again soon!”

“Best restaurant I have ever tried. Delicious food, fresh food, high quality with sufficient quantity. I tried the chicken Biryani, Rogan Josh, garlic naan , paneer Tikka and vegetarian combination platter. Omg now I confuse what to eat when I go next time. Everything was excellent, super tasty. “This past December marked the very 1st time trying a Slyce location. I'm aware of the Wauconda location which has been around for a few years now but just never got around to trying.Was actually quite impressed with the quality of food here. Most "fast-fired" pizza venues I've been to typically are good but this place definitely screams high-end compared to the likes of Blaze, MOD, Pie Five, etc.The pizza is really good here and the prices seem reasonable despite the rise in cost dating back to the spring of 2020. Dining room is kept squeaky clean and the service reigns supreme.If ever in the mood for pizza when in the area which is easily at least one day every other weekend I'm in Vernon Hills, I know where to go.”

“me and 3 friends went to brunch to celebrate a birthday and immediately as we were sat Fabian recognized my friend from his job and complimented his customer service skills. He was so happy to take care of us and gave us excellent recommendations (which we took him up on) and by the end we were hugging him and promising to come back and request him (and he told us the other restaurant he serves at so we can see him for dinner too). Food was excellent drinks were strong ? and truly Fabian is the best server ever. TIP THAT MAN 30% HE DESERVES IT!!!!”

“Really enjoy this restaurant, particularly their patio! I’ve actually never bothered dining inside. Love taking our dog out to dinner — it’s like her special occasion restaurant. Plenty of menu variety, even the pup meal includes a choice of chicken or burger, white or brown rice. My favorite dish is the Tex Mex salad. The outdoor atmosphere has great vibes… big fire pit in the middle, side ‘walls’ that roll down in the inclement weather, tvs showing the best sporting events.”

“One of the best places in the area to get a healthy bite to eat! I've seen managers at nearby stores take their employees to eat here as well, instead of staying at their own establishment! Definitely coming back when in the Vernon Hills area! We just had a Zupas open closer to me, so we go there now! This location is also great!”

“Came here Friday evening around 7pm. Place was nearly full but the servers rearranged tables quickly to seat our family of 5. We ordered 5 bowls of ramen (Tonkotsu and Miso).Pros: Food came quickly, reasonable portions. Good amount of meat and veggies.Cons: Soup is too salty for our taste. Chashu lacks a searing finish.”

“Good place to go to Rosati's pizza in Vernon Hills. I go there very often, but they upgraded their menu panels and lightnings. It's much better than before, and new management is also plus....”

“I travel to the Chicagoland area on occasion because my corporate headquarters are here. Every time I'm here I have to go to this Uncle Julio's at least one time. The service is awesome and the food is second to none. I dine in and order for pick up. Both experiences have been awesome. When I can, I do prefer to dine in. The atmosphere and decor is awesome! I love how everything is made from scratch. The first time I went there last year our server did a great job explaining the favorites and how everything works. I'll be back in the area again in 5 weeks and I plan on taking an entire group there. Fajitas are on par and the carnitas tacos, amazing! You can't go wrong here.”
