Great service and delicious coffee!!
Grew up getting Gloria Jeans hot chocolate, it’s the best no matter the temperature outside
Gloria Jean’s is by far my favorite coffee chain, even favorite overall in the local area. I’m incredibly happy they’re at Vernon Hills and how consistent their coffee is! Also note, they open at 10am, not 11am - somehow Google Maps is not accepting my update to business hours.

Gloria Jean's Coffees is praised for its Biscoff Drink, described as S‑Tier level of Flavors with a perfect amount of sweetness that goes down smoothly. Staff are friendly. The shop offers three horchata drinks – Cafe horchata, vanilla, chocolate – all delicious. A peach smoothie is filling and was served with an extra tiny cup for sharing. Customers enjoy Iced Americano with a Single Shot, 4 Pumps of Raspberry and Whipped Cream, Iced Vanilla Latte, and Small Vanilla Caramel Avalanche, all right on point and full of deliciousness. Employees are courteous and generous, even giving a baby a small cup of whipped cream with caramel drizzle. Overall, a great coffee establishment.
