On 2/15 my coworker went to pick up coffee for us at Gloria’s in the mall. When she brought we realized it was not made correct as it was too watered. Both Mary and her boss Gus were extremely rude and refused to remake a coffee that they made incorrect.I called that night letting Mary know that it was made incorrect and she said she didn’t know what to do….. and that I had to talk to the manager the next day. I called the manager the next day, Gus, who said he can’t do anything and hung up as I did not come back the same night. I explained to Gus that my coworker picked these us on her break. I did not have an opportunity to leave as I was also working. So rude and disrespectful from colleagues that are not trained properly to the management they learn it from. I added pictures of my Iced caramel Latte that looked and tasted like water with sugar. No coffee.

I rarely come here. Actually the last coffee I had here was a bit too sweet for me. The hot matcha latte I am having now is also a little on the sweet side for me. But I’m giving this place 5 stars because their machine didn’t ask for a tip. I would come back.
Drinks are OK. Service is hit or miss. 2 people were working there yesterday and one especially did not seem interested in service. She remained on a personal phone call the entire time, let line build up, and set orders on counter, and did not say whose they were.

Love this place! Very good drinks and affordable. My go to is the Vanilla Caramel Chiller because it's absolutely delicious. Love that the leftovers get poured into a little cup as well, so you're actually getting all that you've paid for. The drinks are pretty sweet but you could always ask for less pumps to make it less sweet This location is pretty small so not much room to sit, that's the only downfall.
