Music to loud
No greeting when we came in and all the tables are dirty. Chicken not super crispy. Had to clean our own table. When we finished eating all of the tables still dirty. Did say goodbye to us when we left.
We went here after an event that we did, and our service, food, and overall experience was amazing thanks to Drew. Drew was going around making sure everyone was enjoying the food and even took our trash for us! You never see that in the fast food industry, so thank you Drew!

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is a happening place bustling with customers. The menu is strictly chicken fingers, and since they focus on a small menu they do it really well. The handbreaded chicken fingers are always hot and delicious, juicy soft melting in mouth, and the handmade sauce and marinating really works. The chicken isn't hard or rubbery like some competitors. The number one box combo is a favorite and can sometimes be shared as the portions are sizable, with excellent prices. Staff members are very friendly and apt to their service, and one cashier was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. However, some visits had issues: no greeting, dirty tables, ignored extra sauce requests, and music blaring with staff yelling orders. One experience stood out when an employee made sure everyone was enjoying the food and even took trash away.
