I’m a Realtor and had a packed night of showings before the holiday weekend, so my wife and I needed something we could order ahead, grab quickly between clients, and get back on the road. Jimmy John’s nailed it! Both of our sandwiches were made perfectly, ready on time, and absolutely delicious. The store was also clean and organized when we stopped in to pick up our order. “Update:
I went a second time to try more things. I wouldn't recommend the potato pancakes. I don't know if it was an off day but the potatoes were dry, like they were left out for too long and then fried.
But the belly lox sandwich was amazing! On the salty side but that's how we like it. It came with a side of potato salad which was also amazing.

Previous review:
The food was good but not great. The bagel and cream cheese were good and standard but the pastrami hash and eggs were okay with not a lot of flavor. I'll definitely go back to try different Bagels and other items.“

“It was the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. The chicken melted in my mouth and the bread crumbled away as I ate it. I devoured it and didn’t leave any crumbs left. It was so clean in the restaurant that I couldn’t even see my reflection on the floor the service there is the best and they are all my best friends.“

“I recently ordered from Potbelly and had an interesting experience that turned out quite positive! Initially, I thought I was ordering a delicious sandwich but opened my order to find it mostly meat. It was a learning moment for me, as I realized I needed to add the extras!

I also mistakenly opened a salad instead of just the sandwich, which made my bill seem a bit higher than expected. When I reached out to the manager to clarify the situation, they were incredibly understanding and took care of everything promptly.

I genuinely appreciate the excellent customer service at this location. I highly recommend Potbelly—100%! I look forward to supporting them again, and I encourage everyone else to give them a try as well. Great food and fantastic service!“
