“To start off with, the gentleman that answered the phone was great! Very polite, listened, and took down my order correctly. The people who make the food did a wonderful job as well. Not only did my sandwich show up correct, but it looked great. I also ordered hot peppers on the side. Now they could’ve tossed these in a little cup and I would’ve been happy, but that’s not what they did. They placed, not tossed, but placed all of the pepper slices into a very neat row, and wrapped them in packaging. To finish, the delivery driver was on time, as freaky fast as expected. Great team over there!! This might not seem out of the ordinary for Jimmy Johns, but with “fast food” delivery, if it shows up correct you’re lucky. This service was AWESOME!! “I was coming into Walmart to purchase some juice when I noticed Charley’s Cheesesteak inside. It was lunchtime so I decided to grab a bite to eat. I was greeted by Afeera and she so kind and helpful. I was undecided on what to get to so she gave me suggestions. The food was great. It was very hot and fresh. I will be returning again. Also, I download the app and was able to get points for my purchase and a deal on meal. Great job Charley’s Cheesesteak“

“This is a place for people who appreciate quality ingredients and aren't looking for a 'grab n' go' type deli. The prices might seem high if you'reused to large franchise type delis, but these are not small sandwiches and can definitely be shared or have for multiple days. The menu is focused on European style sandwiches that are each unique and delicious. This is the place to try if you have a hankering for a good deli sandwich!“

“Food is very tasty and of premium quality and the staff are very friendly it is not regualr sandwich shop like subway and many other's... you taste it defiantly you come back for sure . Lettecewich and crab salad are my all time favorite and they are giving good portion if meat in sandwiches and quality of cheese is topnotch even.

“I work for ALDI corporate, and we've had Rammys cater our team building event in Elk Grove for three years now. Their subs are AMAZING, they are a breeze to work with and so friendly. My group loves the subs, the bread is fresh and don't get me started on the turtle brownies. On a personal note, the tuna sub is superb. Im very picky about tuna salad and I loved every bite. Run, do not walk, to Rammys.“
