Not upset about it but thought Id mention for training purposes. Maybe repeat customers order if your confused or unclear of what's being ordered. Place seemed clean and organized. There was an employee sweeping when I walked in. First time at this location and I was impressed. This location has a drive thru. That's a convenient bonus! “Went in to this subway on 7/16/14 and the man who made our sandwiches actually cared about the appearance of the sandwiches. They actually looked like the photos! Could not believe it! Very good employee! Would definitely recommend he be noticed for this!“

“I recently ordered from Potbelly and had an interesting experience that turned out quite positive! Initially, I thought I was ordering a delicious sandwich but opened my order to find it mostly meat. It was a learning moment for me, as I realized I needed to add the extras!

I also mistakenly opened a salad instead of just the sandwich, which made my bill seem a bit higher than expected. When I reached out to the manager to clarify the situation, they were incredibly understanding and took care of everything promptly.

“I have always enjoyed the quality of the food at Jimmy Johns but the service is inconsistent from one location to another. But, at the North Chicago location, everyone understands my primary language (English) and is train well so this wonderful food actually comes out the way I ordered it! I love this location of Jimmy Johns and I go out of my way to place my order with them. Always very friendly and professional.“

“Superb lunch spot with clean spacious booths suitable for conversation. Blissfully no music playing! The food was prepared and brought to our table in 5 minutes. The McAllister club was nice to split with my wife, with fresh ingredients and a sweet sauce with just a hint of spice…mostly mayo but there is something more going on there. Potato salad was fresh…..a little bland but that’s OK. Can’t beat the affordable prices.“

It's nice to see people who have been educated about this condition i live with and that they take it seriously. The bread itself on the sandwich was typical gf bread but it was so nice to be able to order a sub and enjoy it like I haven't been able to in years.“

“This place is AMAZING!!! I love their bbq mac grilled cheese and loaded tots they are always on point and so good and quite filling. The people working are always super sweet and kind and they get your order done quick. I love the buzzer system they have and parking is so easy. My son loved his rainbow grilled cheese... pulling it apart was so fun and the mac n cheese is so good! We will definitely be back as long as I see that flag.“

He's very picky about his cheesesteaks but claims this place has a decent taste if not a bit pricy.I appreciate a cheesesteak here from time to time especially The Old School cheesesteak w/ Old School Philly fries, MMMM!! Since it is a chain, you'll commonly hear/read that they're not authentic or the meat's bland compared to a real Philly cheesesteak.It really is "you like what you like" and if the customer service is consistently good like any other location I've been to then it's a go-to spot.“
