“Gourmet Foods came thru for us again. We had a last-minute event for 50 people. The food was delicious, delivered HOT, set up quickly, and presented lovely. We had Beef, Chicken, and Shrimp with carrots, Brussels sprouts, and garlic potatoes. I had many complaints about the food. Would highly recommend!“

Not upset about it but thought Id mention for training purposes. Maybe repeat customers order if your confused or unclear of what's being ordered. “I normally come here late when I don't feel like making dinner or want a good sub and I've never been disappointed. This is the only Jersey Mikes location I go to unless I'm away from home. The staff are FANTASTIC, my sandwiches are always delicious, and every time I've gone the place has been clean. The biggest thing I want to mention is the staff. I've come here looking normal, in pjs and messy hair, and even in a shark onesie. I've come here in a variety of moods, but every single time I leave, I leave with a smile ear to ear because the staff has always been so kind, caring, and absolutely hilarious. He said within 24 to 48 hours my payment will be refunded. After 48 hours, the payment was not credited back. Then I called again. Andrew said he did not have enough time to request and submit my refund. What the heck!He said within 24 to 48hours. He was playing with a customer. It was terrible. He was irresponsible. And just now I waited another 24hours again. The payment was NOT STILL credited back. What is going on? He was lying to me again? I will call their shop again tomorrow first thin in the morning. I wonder how they treat customers in what manner. If they treat that way they will loose the business sooner or later.Few days later, I got a chance to talk to one of the Pot belly's manager. He listened to me very carefully and took a necessary action right away. As he said within a week. full refund was completed and I got a written massage via my email. This is my updated review.“

“At first, I was definitely turned off by the ambiance–it was quiet and we were one of two groups. BUT we went at an odd time (3:15pm) and most all places are short staffed. However, the food was great: fresh and fast. The staff turned out to be lovely. Surprised to see this place so quiet; would go again.“

“Always knew about the location on the south end of the mall but not sure when this location opened and when The Great Steak & Potato Co. folded but Charley's delivers a decent tasting cheesesteak.My father who was born & raised in Eastern PA from time to time will stop in at Charley's for a cheesesteak when going for his daily walk in the mall. He's very picky about his cheesesteaks but claims this place has a decent taste if not a bit pricy.I appreciate a cheesesteak here from time to time especially The Old School cheesesteak w/ Old School Philly fries, MMMM!! Since it is a chain, you'll commonly hear/read that they're not authentic or the meat's bland compared to a real Philly cheesesteak.It really is "you like what you like" and if the customer service is consistently good like any other location I've been to then it's a go-to spot.“
