Not upset about it but thought Id mention for training purposes. Maybe repeat customers order if your confused or unclear of what's being ordered. Place seemed clean and organized. There was an employee sweeping when I walked in. First time at this location and I was impressed. This location has a drive thru. That's a convenient bonus! “The Subway on Rollins Road in Round Lake was an excellent experience from start to finish. The restaurant was extremely clean, from the dining area to the food prep stations, showing great attention to hygiene and detail. It was also very spacious, making it comfortable to dine in without feeling crowded. The quality of the food was outstanding—everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. I was also impressed by their phenomenal speed and efficiency, as my order was ready in no time without sacrificing quality. Overall, it was an impressive visit, and I will definitely be returning soon“

I also mistakenly opened a salad instead of just the sandwich, which made my bill seem a bit higher than expected. When I reached out to the manager to clarify the situation, they were incredibly understanding and took care of everything promptly.

“Superb lunch spot with clean spacious booths suitable for conversation. Blissfully no music playing! The food was prepared and brought to our table in 5 minutes. The McAllister club was nice to split with my wife, with fresh ingredients and a sweet sauce with just a hint of spice…mostly mayo but there is something more going on there. Potato salad was fresh…..a little bland but that’s OK. Can’t beat the affordable prices.“

“Always knew about the location on the south end of the mall but not sure when this location opened and when The Great Steak & Potato Co. folded but Charley's delivers a decent tasting cheesesteak.My father who was born & raised in Eastern PA from time to time will stop in at Charley's for a cheesesteak when going for his daily walk in the mall. He's very picky about his cheesesteaks but claims this place has a decent taste if not a bit pricy.I appreciate a cheesesteak here from time to time especially The Old School cheesesteak w/ Old School Philly fries, MMMM!! Since it is a chain, you'll commonly hear/read that they're not authentic or the meat's bland compared to a real Philly cheesesteak.It really is "you like what you like" and if the customer service is consistently good like any other location I've been to then it's a go-to spot.“

I did buy a meal wanting tea for my drink, I even said it. But then no tea in the containers which sucked - guess I’ll look next time.“

So, it was as good as it could get… well, except for if I would have somehow won the lottery or was presented with a VIP JJ Card which gives me free subs for life (hint hint corporate dudes and dudettes).
