“I normally don’t visit zupas due to a bad experience in this past at a different location but I decided to try it again the other day and this very sweet girl at the front greeted and helped me decide what i wanted, her name was lilly and she made me feel welcome. Not only that but i proceeded to order the turkey bacon avacado sandwich and it was great. Definitely Remedied my last experience.“

“I went to this place just today, the waiters were amazing, so kind and on top of stuff. The place is so big, and although they were busy, it was very sanitary. The food was amazing and had many options. The atmosphere overall was so great, everyone was so nice and it was decorated beautifully. However, in my perspective they were handling the hangry customers very well, were staying calm and the staff that was present seemed to know what they were doing. The only reason for 4 stars is because and (this has happened more than once at this location) rather than suggesting I try my Pesto Cavatappi with pork, they tell me it comes with pork, which is not true. There is an additional charge for any meat on this bowl.“

I have enjoyed this establishment several times, eat in and carry out, but have never done a review.

The outside patio area was already busy so I decided to just stay inside at the cozy wood bar.
The bartender was attentive and make a great old fashion and suggested a nice pilsner brew.

Ordered the spinach dip appetizer w/ the pita which was top shelf and a good starter. Moved on a bit later to enjoy their pizza (Johns pizza, sausage, pepperoni, black olives, mozzerella on that Romantate Signature Crest)

i have a nut allergy (tree nuts) and this is a safe place for me to eat. they recently added pecans to the menu but because they’re in the salads (same with wendy’s) i’ve never had an issue and have eaten here a ton.

i recommend the new garlic bacon mac & cheese and the chicken parmesan those are my favorites. if you’re craving noodles, stop by. be sure to tip the incredible staff! <3“

“There is nothing about this place I don't recommend. The meads are amazing, their Cocktail Master is amazing at coming up with unusual combinations, and is great fun to talk to.
