Just walked away from Portillo's in Arlington Heights with clumps of dust in my fries. I'd be happy to post the video or some photos if Portillo's allows that. I called the restaurant and the manager couldn't care less.
Third time in a row they got my order wrong. I called after I discovered this once I got home but nobody answers. I’m done.
