This has to be one of the best sandwich shops I have ever been to! I would have given it 5 stars just for the food but the 4 stars is because I felt the service was a bit rude. I am very big on customer service and coming from LA to Chicago I have seen a big difference in friendliness. Not a bad spot for quick grab. Always loved the potbelly sandwiches. A little dull ambience in comparison to other locations IMO. Add some Giardiniera for some spice. Avocado makes it even better.
I normally don't come here. It's just not a chain that I've built loyalty to.That said, I got a $100 Potbelly gift card, so for the duration of the $100 plus member benefits, I came to frequent Potbelly locations close to where I live and work.From a food standpoint, the sandwiches are great.
