“I recently ordered from Potbelly and had an interesting experience that turned out quite positive! Initially, I thought I was ordering a delicious sandwich but opened my order to find it mostly meat. It was a learning moment for me, as I realized I needed to add the extras!

I also mistakenly opened a salad instead of just the sandwich, which made my bill seem a bit higher than expected. When I reached out to the manager to clarify the situation, they were incredibly understanding and took care of everything promptly.

I genuinely appreciate the excellent customer service at this location. I highly recommend Potbelly—100%! I look forward to supporting them again, and I encourage everyone else to give them a try as well. Great food and fantastic service!“

“Wow this place is beautiful. You walg in and you don't feel like you are in America anymore. The decor is beautiful. The Kazon Kabob is yummy good flavor. The potatoes are made to perfection. The Tandoor Samsa is good just alot of cumin flavor. Service is very kind and informative. Definitely recommend if you want the home cook style meal.“

“I absolutely love this place! They’re open late, and you can still order takeout in the evening since the kitchen stays open until 10:30 PM. I often finish work around 9 PM, so this place has been a lifesaver.

The lagman is absolutely delicious, and the ashlyamfu is especially refreshing in the summer. I also highly recommend trying the baursaks and ordering their fresh bread, you won’t regret it! I do miss their pirozhki, but they still have a huge selection of authentic, truly delicious food. If you’re in the mood for dessert, the honey cake is an excellent choice.

“I wanted to give this location props for their lunch on 8/17. Walking in around 1pm, I could tell they had had their butts handed to them and were obviously understaffed. However, in my perspective they were handling the hangry customers very well, were staying calm and the staff that was present seemed to know what they were doing. The only reason for 4 stars is because and (this has happened more than once at this location) rather than suggesting I try my Pesto Cavatappi with pork, they tell me it comes with pork, which is not true. There is an additional charge for any meat on this bowl.“

Also they started you with eggplant dip and pickled vegetables with pita chips flavored with zatar. We ordered the potatoe garlic dip. Yes, that garlic burned my mouth but that's what's it's supposed to do. If you don't like garlic order something else. We split the kabobs platter. 2 different rices. We had lamb, chicken and sausage. All the food tasted fresh and succulent. I forgot pictures this time.. but we will definitely be back with a bigger group to try more. Ohhh I forgot their pita!! “GrubHub left me hanging and cancelled my order without any meaningful explanation. Since I was still hungry and wanted dinner, I called the store directly. Boy am I glad I did! The manager took my call and commiserated with me a bit and suggested that I place my order directly with them via their website. Since I am just across the parking lot and can't leave my location (I was running out of time for my lunch), he graciously offered to run my order to me personally. JC showed up a matter of minutes later with my extremely tasty food and a smile!. I love their Lobster Bisque soup and mine was still nice and hot. Bonus... While on the website, I registered for the Cafe Zupas loyalty program and got a Free beverage! And, even though I have a discount on GH from my Amazon Prime account, my bill was nearly $8 cheaper! Overall, my experience today with Cafe Zupas Schaumburg has been stellar and I'll be ordering from them (directly, no more GrubHub) frequently and encouraging my coworkers and clients to do the same. Now where is that chocolate covered strawberry for my dessert. Yummy!“

He had a slight accent, I think he's Jamaican. He went around and made sure everyone was pleased with their food. Helped the server to deal with a table that had six children and made sure no one had allergies and was pleased with their food. “This is really a wonderful restaurant. The price point is excellent and the value for money superb. The food was really, really good, and we all enjoyed our meal. The skirt steak, the lamb chops, the beet salad and the ceviche. The poached pear is something different (not sweet at all) and the chocolate cake was very tasty. And for 10 bucks you get a really solid pour of wine (probably around 9 oz), which is just unheard of in a restaurant. Service was good and we really enjoyed ourselves.
