The champ ramen was fun to eat! From above it looks like a standard tonkotsu ramen, but as you eat you'll find the soup contains all sorts of goodies like mussels, octopus, and shrimp. I didn't think the flavor was so special; some cuts of the pork were a little tough and the egg was cooked through, but the overall experience was great.
