I just noticed this location has less stars than schaumburg location on Meacham. I cannot agree with that. The only thing about this location is the size being on the smaller side compared to other one. Better people, better service.
It had been yrs, since ive been to Panera. I was given a gift card so I went. Went through the drive thru, the order taker wasn't much help in suggesting a sandwich per my description of what I wanted. He was rushing, yet no one behind me. Had the bacon club & turkey club on basil bread, which was not fresh bread, the lettuce was wilted. The sauce they used was nasty, i had to reconstruct the sandwich that cost 14$. Whatever is left on the gift card will remain.
