Clean atmosphere. Friendly servers. Stephen & Mike were pleasant. My food was made appropriately & swiftly as well. I ordered the chicken salad salad & mac and cheese. Both were freshly made. The space was clean and open. Lots of seating. The bathrooms were clean. There's outdoor seating as well.Parking: Lots of parking in front and on side.Wheelchair accessibility: Smooth surface good for wheelchairs. Wider seating spaces available.
This potbelly location consistently puts out good food and service. Theres a worker who’s name I think is Anthony who always provides top notch service. Every time hes working I always get a well made sandwich with great customer service.

Only gave it two stars because of the food, my sandwich came out nice and hot, and it was made fresh at that moment, which made it taste delicious. The rest of the stars are missing due to customer service, the employees are lazy, uncoordinated, and act like they don't really care about anything. Surprisingly the place was actually fairly clean too. I'd suggest giving it a try.
