Only gave it two stars because of the food, my sandwich came out nice and hot, and it was made fresh at that moment, which made it taste delicious. The rest of the stars are missing due to customer service, the employees are lazy, uncoordinated, and act like they don't really care about anything. Surprisingly the place was actually fairly clean too. I'd suggest giving it a try.

Clean atmosphere. Friendly servers. Stephen & Mike were pleasant. My food was made appropriately & swiftly as well. I ordered the chicken salad salad & mac and cheese. Both were freshly made. The space was clean and open. Lots of seating. The bathrooms were clean. There's outdoor seating as well.Parking: Lots of parking in front and on side.Wheelchair accessibility: Smooth surface good for wheelchairs. Wider seating spaces available.

I absolutely love potbelly but this location is the worst!!!!!! The employees wearing their headphones not listening to a single thing anyone says. (This has happened multiple times) Ordered a simple sandwich yet they didn't get a single thing that I asked for probably wasn't even for my sandwich because kids don't listen that work there never coming here again! Management needs to fix their employees attitude and attention to their costumers. Don't bother going to this location.

This has to be the worst potbelly's I've ever had! I am not happy with my order and I want my full refund! First off, I ordered an Oreo shake, a dozen of mini oatmeal cookies and lays baked chips all through the Ubereats app. I know it was not the drivers fault because the bag was stapled multiple times. So, when I received my order I opened up the package to find no cookies and my Oreo shake looking like this. I had a long day and just wanted a good snack. This is what you have to offer potbelly's in Rolling Meadows?! Who ever is responsible for taking care of my order needs to be let go.

This potbelly location consistently puts out good food and service. Theres a worker who’s name I think is Anthony who always provides top notch service. Every time hes working I always get a well made sandwich with great customer service.

They’ve messed my to go orders up twice in a row now. By the time I got home (30 minutes away) it was too far to bring them back. This is the only location I’ve ever had this issue with before.

This place is kinda... dirty. Needs a good scrubbing. Cashier was on her phone, then made someone else's sandwich. Didn't see a hand wash take place.
