Orderd an avocado turkey Swiss sandwich.. All they put on was Avocado lettuce and tomatoes. My husband said there was 1 piece of turkey on it, no swiss cheese at all. My Chicken Mediterranen sandwich was a real let down.. BOO, NOT GOING BACK

This has to be one of the best sandwich shops I have ever been to! I would have given it 5 stars just for the food but the 4 stars is because I felt the service was a bit rude. I am very big on customer service and coming from LA to Chicago I have seen a big difference in friendliness. My friends and I ordered a cup of soup and half a sandwich each and literally everything was amazing! Although I did not take photos trust me it is worth a try!I had the Italian sandwich and chicken pot pie soup! I highly recommend these two options. Others had the Mac and cheese, chili, beef sandwich and I believe a Turkey avocado sandwich. I was trying to look at the menu on here but the photo was taken 6 years ago and the menu is different now. Nonetheless, we left with our stomachs full and happy. Also, if you have room for dessert I highly recommend their sugar cookies, they were the BOMB!

Not a bad spot for quick grab. Always loved the potbelly sandwiches. A little dull ambience in comparison to other locations IMO. Add some Giardiniera for some spice. Avocado makes it even better.

I got an original veggie sandwich and a milk shake. The sandwich was dry because no sauces were added. New staff needs better training. I’ve been coming here fora while and this is the first time this happens.

I normally don't come here. It's just not a chain that I've built loyalty to.That said, I got a $100 Potbelly gift card, so for the duration of the $100 plus member benefits, I came to frequent Potbelly locations close to where I live and work.From a food standpoint, the sandwiches are great. Overall, they are expensive and not a value-buy, but the quality is high and having the sandwiches toasted really punches up the flavors. I'm a big fan of the A-Wreck, but I also love the meatball.The absolute best thing on the menu is the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. I like getting the bag of minis because I crave these things daily.This location in particular was okay. The guy making the sandwich was kind, but the guy at the register was short with his demeanor and came across as bothered I was there. Maybe he was having a bad day?

2.3.23-Update, I have had phenomenal experiences since my previous review, and would like to change my rating, as I maybe just had an unlucky experience that time. Sandwiches are SO GOOD!Ordered for lunch through DoorDash, and a few things went wrong with our order. The Manager Devon, however, completely rectified the situation and took care of me SO WELL! He even stated that because I was so friendly over the phone, that he would deliver us cookies after he gets off work, to show his appreciation. No Devon, we appreciate YOU! Thank you so much for everything. Devon is awesome and we will continue to order from you often!!!:-)11/4/21- Edit to my previous review, they gave us a completely wrong sandwich (someone else's named Carrie) and said they could only give a credit because they had no one available.......very cool, thanks

Very disappointed!One of the salads had a piece of plastic in it and the chicken salad had very little taste in ALL 4 salads.I think I am taking a break from Potbellys for a while!
This was my first time eating at this restaurant. I have seen it many times in my travels around the country but never tried it. I'm so happy I decided to change that today. It was wonderful!!! The service was great and the sandwich was awesome with everything fresh and delicious. I will eat it again and try a soup next time. Definitely do yourself a flavor and go get it!!!???

I absolutely love this sandwich shop! They always make my sandwich perfectly and it tastes homemade every time. I feel like i've been living under a rock for not coming here sooner. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quick, quality, sandwich made with love and care.

Potbelly is absolutely fantastic! Their customer service is outstanding! All of their staff here is so kind, cheerful, and accommodating. You can really enjoy the whole place. Their seating is plenty and wide, you can literally occupy the specific space or spot you want. Potbelly is a very nice place for sandwiches. Especially to all those people who really love sandwiches and bread. Their cashier is organized and fast. You can get your order/s so quickly. They also have a famous chicken salad, chicken sandwich, and other special selections on the menu. Everything on the menu is worth trying! Their prices are also fair and you can literally try and order anything you want at such affordable prices. Potbelly is exceptional! Thank you guys for the delicious sandwiches! More customers to come! Will definitely go back again soon when I got some free time. Keep up the good work! Cheers guys!
