“Recently went in for a KFC family meal. I've been here before and it's your standard fast-food experience, nothing special.

Today, I returned after some time and the place was Busy! My order was taken right away, while waiting the few minutes, the manager approached me just to ensure I had been cared for. Meanwhile it being busy inside, multiple tables filled and people going about, it was also busy in the drive thru. I've got experience in the industry and was surprised at how well organized the team was and how quick they were and, most importantly.. the food.

Food was 10/10! Hot, definitely fresh, chicken was JUICY and delicious. I've Honestly NEVER had juicy chicken from KFC. hence why I am taking time to leave a review.

Everything was Great! Definitely will return. The price was fair after the coupon. It's obvious the team there Rocks.

“Very nice portion and NICE workers!! I felt welcomed and well treated as soon as I stepped in this store. Good atmosphere& the store was spotless clean and I could feel that workers take care of this store really well. FOOD was DELICIOUS!! Loved the worker who was in black shirt! I get social anxiety when Im out by myself but he was so kind and accomodated all my needs!! Love this place& definitelt will visit this store again!“

“I recently ordered from Potbelly and had an interesting experience that turned out quite positive! Initially, I thought I was ordering a delicious sandwich but opened my order to find it mostly meat. It was a learning moment for me, as I realized I needed to add the extras!

I also mistakenly opened a salad instead of just the sandwich, which made my bill seem a bit higher than expected. When I reached out to the manager to clarify the situation, they were incredibly understanding and took care of everything promptly.

I genuinely appreciate the excellent customer service at this location. I highly recommend Potbelly—100%! I look forward to supporting them again, and I encourage everyone else to give them a try as well. Great food and fantastic service!“

“It's your typical Jimmy Johns spot, I can't complain much about it. Staff does their job and I had an issue on my app when ordering. If the staff member would have told me I could just use my phone number and I'll get the rewards points instead of spending 5 minutes trying to figure out the app, I would have saved time.“
