“Gpay didn't work and I had no physical card. After trying the Gpay several times, I gave up. The manager asked for the drink I was drinking back, lol. I got in the car, saw my wallet in the seat and decided not to go back in. I drove out of my way to try this food, but this experience with being asked for the drink back was shocking. #theapartmentlady“

“I ordered the Kyiv Style shawarma through Uber Eats and really enjoyed it. The portion was large and very filling. It had plenty of well-seasoned chicken and carrots, and the lavash was fresh, crispy, and delicious. The flavors worked really well together.
I also ordered the pistachio macaron, and it was excellent. It was surprisingly large, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Definitely worth trying!
The only thing I felt was missing was a garlic sauce. I think it would be the perfect addition to the Kyiv Style shawarma and would make it even more flavorful.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. The food was delicious, and adding garlic sauce as a standard or optional topping would make the Kyiv Style shawarma even better!“

“Went here with my Auntie, Fizi and Nick was very friendly with us, they were guiding us throughout the way and even pointed out what we can do to get a discount. We presented a coupon but we forgot to check the date, it was invalid to use already. But then Fizi helped us with the app and we got the $5 discount (not much but it’s something) Then Nick was friendly and attentive with our food as well. Great staff, good food, good price. “Saw this place plenty of times on social media and finally gave it a try today. Ordered the Philly cheesesteak combo with fries and a drink; also got a 6 piece buffalo wings. Ended up getting 2 of their homemade ranches, which have this great dill flavor. Everything was absolutely delicious especially because it’s all cooked in beef tallow. The cheesesteak had a generous portion of steak and cheese on it, all served on this fresh seeded bread that had a delicious garlic bread taste. The buffalo wings were great too. Everything was cooked fresh but the star was that dill ranch. I put it on everything and it just amplified the flavors. Definitely going to be visiting again, highly recommended.“

“Very good food, we opted to try this place instead of taking the kids to somewhere like mcdonalds and paying almost the same prices. Fries were delicious! The kids meals came with a slider cheeseburger, chicken bites, fries and juice so they got to try a little bit of everything. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend for a quick bite to eat.“

The manager took my call and commiserated with me a bit and suggested that I place my order directly with them via their website. Since I am just across the parking lot and can't leave my location (I was running out of time for my lunch), he graciously offered to run my order to me personally. JC showed up a matter of minutes later with my extremely tasty food and a smile!. I love their Lobster Bisque soup and mine was still nice and hot. Bonus... While on the website, I registered for the Cafe Zupas loyalty program and got a Free beverage! And, even though I have a discount on GH from my Amazon Prime account, my bill was nearly $8 cheaper! Overall, my experience today with Cafe Zupas Schaumburg has been stellar and I'll be ordering from them (directly, no more GrubHub) frequently and encouraging my coworkers and clients to do the same. You can really tell that they care about their customers and genuinely want you to enjoy your drink. Also I’ve had my prescriptions in the pharmacy I moved my prescriptions to the Fox Lake pharmacy years ago because it’s the closest to me before that I was at the Grayslake one, so I’ve been with them for many years. I’ve had enough. The pharmacist behind the counter has done nothing but give me a hard time about getting my prescriptions, I don’t overtake. I am there just at the time that I should be and there should be no reason he held my prescriptions back. I’ve had enough for one month. I went completely without my prescription because he refused to hand it over same thing happened when I wanted to leave town and get my prescription one day early as the doctor released it the insurance released it, but he would not , I’ve had enough it’s time to go on social media and let them know what’s going on and I put it off. I didn’t say anything for over a year. I’m tired now I’ve had enough!!!!“

I’ve had 2 issues which I wasn’t going to mention the first one but after today I decided to write about it so maybe Managment can see and tweak things a bit. First issue a while ago (I think about 5-7 months ago) I ordered a plain cheeseburger with fries and bottled water. Drive away from the drive-through and as I get ready to eat my food 10 min later I realize they didn’t put cheese on it. So I drove back and said I asked for a plain cheeseburger and you guys forgot to put the cheese on. Girl says ok and gets me a new one. Drive away and I park in front of the store to just take a peak and guess what. Again no cheese. Burgers have no cheese. Cheeseburgers have cheese. A plain cheeseburger gets nothing else except for cheese. A plain burger is just a bun and the burger patty. I just wanted to eat so I moved on and ate my plain burger. Today I ordered a Buffalo ranch chicken salad but I asked if I can have the chicken grilled instead of the breaded one and they gave me chicken without Buffalo sauce. If they weren’t sure they could have asked but this wasn’t for me. And this was not their first time ordering this item but they’ve never had an issue so somehow this message was confusing either to the kitchen or how it was rung in. This was ordered at 5:04:50 PM on 2/10/2022 receipt DT98. Order Id: AAANPKMJAQAH at the 861 E. Rand Rd. My. Prospect location. We didn’t have the energy to drive back and get the right chicken. Again, we love your food but these things shouldn’t keep happening. Thank you“

Got the change went to the end of the counter with my cup and the food was there before I made it to grab the cup before I made it to the end of the counter 10 steps away to grab my cup. The food was ready before I grabbed my cup to get my they make get your own drinks but yes, that's the only thing it literally got ready.
