“Saw this place plenty of times on social media and finally gave it a try today. Ordered the Philly cheesesteak combo with fries and a drink; also got a 6 piece buffalo wings. Ended up getting 2 of their homemade ranches, which have this great dill flavor. Everything was absolutely delicious especially because it’s all cooked in beef tallow. The cheesesteak had a generous portion of steak and cheese on it, all served on this fresh seeded bread that had a delicious garlic bread taste. The buffalo wings were great too. Everything was cooked fresh but the star was that dill ranch. I put it on everything and it just amplified the flavors. Definitely going to be visiting again, highly recommended.“

“Went here with my Auntie, Fizi and Nick was very friendly with us, they were guiding us throughout the way and even pointed out what we can do to get a discount. We presented a coupon but we forgot to check the date, it was invalid to use already. But then Fizi helped us with the app and we got the $5 discount (not much but it’s something) Then Nick was friendly and attentive with our food as well. Great staff, good food, good price. “Very good food, we opted to try this place instead of taking the kids to somewhere like mcdonalds and paying almost the same prices. Fries were delicious! The kids meals came with a slider cheeseburger, chicken bites, fries and juice so they got to try a little bit of everything. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend for a quick bite to eat.“

“GrubHub left me hanging and cancelled my order without any meaningful explanation. Since I was still hungry and wanted dinner, I called the store directly. Boy am I glad I did! The manager took my call and commiserated with me a bit and suggested that I place my order directly with them via their website. Since I am just across the parking lot and can't leave my location (I was running out of time for my lunch), he graciously offered to run my order to me personally. JC showed up a matter of minutes later with my extremely tasty food and a smile!. I love their Lobster Bisque soup and mine was still nice and hot. Bonus... While on the website, I registered for the Cafe Zupas loyalty program and got a Free beverage! And, even though I have a discount on GH from my Amazon Prime account, my bill was nearly $8 cheaper! Overall, my experience today with Cafe Zupas Schaumburg has been stellar and I'll be ordering from them (directly, no more GrubHub) frequently and encouraging my coworkers and clients to do the same. “I absolutely love having this boba shop so close to our home! I’ve been here a couple of times now, and Beck and Asem have always been so kind, genuine, and welcoming. You can really tell that they care about their customers and genuinely want you to enjoy your drink. They even take the time to ask if you like it and make sure you’re happy with it, which I really appreciate.

First issue a while ago (I think about 5-7 months ago) I ordered a plain cheeseburger with fries and bottled water. Drive away from the drive-through and as I get ready to eat my food 10 min later I realize they didn’t put cheese on it. So I drove back and said I asked for a plain cheeseburger and you guys forgot to put the cheese on. Girl says ok and gets me a new one. Drive away and I park in front of the store to just take a peak and guess what. Again no cheese. Burgers have no cheese. Cheeseburgers have cheese. A plain cheeseburger gets nothing else except for cheese. A plain burger is just a bun and the burger patty. I just wanted to eat so I moved on and ate my plain burger. Today I ordered a Buffalo ranch chicken salad but I asked if I can have the chicken grilled instead of the breaded one and they gave me chicken without Buffalo sauce. If they weren’t sure they could have asked but this wasn’t for me. And this was not their first time ordering this item but they’ve never had an issue so somehow this message was confusing either to the kitchen or how it was rung in. “I don't even know where to start. We went after graduation with our sailor. It wasn't crowded and everyone was so nice and so helpful. We ordered individual meals and an additional deep dish pizza (which was DELICIOUS) and it wasn't too expensive at all. Everyone enjoyed the variety of their individual meals and we definitely loved the pizza. The customer service had a great hometown feel and we felt right at home.“

“It was this past November that I last dined at this location but before that it had to have been maybe 2 or 3 years being the last time would've been going thru the drive-thru on the way to work since I work 3rd shift.

I can't say I've ever had a bad experience of any kind at this location. Never had an incorrect order at the drive-thru, subpar customer service or food not cooked long enough.

There's one thing I really love about Arby's and that's their roast beef drenched in Arby's sauce. For me I'd say 4 out of 5 trips to Arby's I end up getting the half lb roast beef combo which I find the taste rather addicting.

I have no idea why Arby's doesn't have much more locations especially in this county. This location has some historical significance being it was the very 1st Arby's I've been to since moving from Japan as a navy brat in November '87 to Great Lakes.

I was in early '88 that my dad took me here but I'd say the few times I had Arby's in general from that point until around the mid 90s, I always had the hot ham n' cheese and had no desire to try any other sandwich.

I would eventually in my late teens try the roast beef and fall in love with the taste. Their roast beef is a smash hit and that's one thing about Arby's is that there really isn't any competition for this chain. There are other fast food joints that compete at the same level but there's nothing like an Arby's.

I don't know if the interior is the same as when I first walked in there at the age of 12 but it certainly feels old school and kept clean. I hope this location stays open for decades to come and I hope for continued success & prosperity for the franchise owner(s).“

“We moved here two years ago from NY and finally had Josh’s for dinner. Their menu is fantastic, with a lot of different options. We had the Ribs and Greek Chicken dinner. My husband said “these are amongst the best ribs I’ve ever had”. The Greek chicken was amazing. The food portions are more than generous. This will be our Friday night go to place for sure! The staff was also so friendly!“
