“Very good food, we opted to try this place instead of taking the kids to somewhere like mcdonalds and paying almost the same prices. Fries were delicious! The kids meals came with a slider cheeseburger, chicken bites, fries and juice so they got to try a little bit of everything. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend for a quick bite to eat.“

“Really tasty burger. They cook it with onions but they almost mince the meat like ground beef when they serve it to you. Different, but very good. The fries were very good also - not my favorite but not bad whatsoever - I have very high standards for fries. If you're in the area, give this place some business! “Great food, fun atmosphere with games, and very nice people. We had a random craving for a Korean corn dog so we found this place on Google. Ordered two corn dogs (hot Cheetos and sweet potato), beef bulgogi, and the chicken sandwich with sweet and spicy sauce. Everything was delicious! Tip: get a beef corn dog filling. I ordered the sweet potato with cheese filling and it was good but it would have been better with the actual dog. Will come here again!“

“Walmart is noisy. B7t the food and service at the Charlie's inside was great! The lady at the counter laugh3d along with us at my daughter's antics. The food came out quickly. The large fries is actually large. Get the small for a person. 1 large for a table of people. “GrubHub left me hanging and cancelled my order without any meaningful explanation. Since I was still hungry and wanted dinner, I called the store directly. Boy am I glad I did! The manager took my call and commiserated with me a bit and suggested that I place my order directly with them via their website. Since I am just across the parking lot and can't leave my location (I was running out of time for my lunch), he graciously offered to run my order to me personally. JC showed up a matter of minutes later with my extremely tasty food and a smile!. I love their Lobster Bisque soup and mine was still nice and hot. Bonus... While on the website, I registered for the Cafe Zupas loyalty program and got a Free beverage! And, even though I have a discount on GH from my Amazon Prime account, my bill was nearly $8 cheaper! Overall, my experience today with Cafe Zupas Schaumburg has been stellar and I'll be ordering from them (directly, no more GrubHub) frequently and encouraging my coworkers and clients to do the same. Now where is that chocolate covered strawberry for my dessert. Yummy!“

“I don't even know where to start. We went after graduation with our sailor. It wasn't crowded and everyone was so nice and so helpful. We ordered individual meals and an additional deep dish pizza (which was DELICIOUS) and it wasn't too expensive at all. Everyone enjoyed the variety of their individual meals and we definitely loved the pizza. The customer service had a great hometown feel and we felt right at home.“

“This place is a must-try if you're driving to Deerfield for the first time. I came across this place while I was on my way to work and I figured I'd give this place a go.

The moment I walked in, I was amazed with what the restaurant had to offer between its sandwiches, soups, salads, and desserts.

I ordered their brisket sandwich, which was really good, and I wanted to try one of their dirty sodas as well. FUN FACT: They let you make your own dirty sodas. Not to mention that they also give you a free chocolate dipped strawberry with your order and I definitely didn't want to miss out on that.

The server up front was also very kind and he let me sample some of the soups while I was browsing through the menu.

“Love their food but some improvement is needed with ordering. I’ve had 2 issues which I wasn’t going to mention the first one but after today I decided to write about it so maybe Managment can see and tweak things a bit. First issue a while ago (I think about 5-7 months ago) I ordered a plain cheeseburger with fries and bottled water. Drive away from the drive-through and as I get ready to eat my food 10 min later I realize they didn’t put cheese on it. So I drove back and said I asked for a plain cheeseburger and you guys forgot to put the cheese on. Girl says ok and gets me a new one. Drive away and I park in front of the store to just take a peak and guess what. Again no cheese. Burgers have no cheese. Cheeseburgers have cheese. A plain cheeseburger gets nothing else except for cheese. A plain burger is just a bun and the burger patty. I just wanted to eat so I moved on and ate my plain burger. Today I ordered a Buffalo ranch chicken salad but I asked if I can have the chicken grilled instead of the breaded one and they gave me chicken without Buffalo sauce. If they weren’t sure they could have asked but this wasn’t for me. And this was not their first time ordering this item but they’ve never had an issue so somehow this message was confusing either to the kitchen or how it was rung in. This was ordered at 5:04:50 PM on 2/10/2022 receipt DT98. Order Id: AAANPKMJAQAH at the 861 E. Rand Rd. My. Prospect location. We didn’t have the energy to drive back and get the right chicken. Again, we love your food but these things shouldn’t keep happening. Thank you“

“We moved here two years ago from NY and finally had Josh’s for dinner. Their menu is fantastic, with a lot of different options. We had the Ribs and Greek Chicken dinner. My husband said “these are amongst the best ribs I’ve ever had”. The Greek chicken was amazing. The food portions are more than generous. This will be our Friday night go to place for sure! The staff was also so friendly!“

For example: frosted coffee was signature ice cream and coffee blend. Now it is coffee and slushie ice, maybe a little bit ice cream. Cost saving initiatives?“

“Visited drive through and ordered 6 piece combo. Pulled up to window after a few minutes wait and handed staff member a credit card. I asked for the receipt and in a not so nice way was told ‘it’s on the bottom of the bag’ I told the staff member they were rude. (I don’t think she wanted to be there) .
When I got home there was no receipt in the bag. I called the customer service number explained how much I liked the food but wanted the receipt. I was told to wait a few days and it would be emailed to me. 6 days later and I’m still waiting. I don’t like to post on- line a negative experience but thought maybe I might get the issue resolved if I did
