Ordered a large quesadilla and lady put it in the tortilla warmer instead of the toaster and destroyed it. The steak was burnt (surprising its usually pink and undercooked) the seating area was nasty. Definitely will not be back. It was not busy only me and one person no reason for that service/quality/cleanliness.
The only nice chipotle around is the one in Libertyville. The food is always great and dining area clean and service and portion is great.

I thought the reviews were just being dramatic. But the portions here are crazy small... First time and last time coming to this location. Rice is the cheapest ingredient and they don't even place half a scoop.... Imagine what the portions look like for the other ingredients... Wild
Very bad experience from workers we came around 10 pm to order Almost all the bowls was empty and they were adding drop of sour cream and cheese. If they don’t had enough food to serve.they don’t had to take the order. Instead when we asked the employee was laughing each other talking in a different lang and was making fun of us.
