“I was at work. It was lunchtime. I craved a yummy and tasty sub. My mind immediately thought of Jimmy John’s and how I missed their unique subs and “free smells”. So, off I went. I arrived at a time whereas the establishment was pretty empty. The employees were respectful and attentive. My food was prepared quickly and as I ordered. And I just love their little ice bits for soft drinks. So, it was as good as it could get… well, except for if I would have somehow won the lottery or was presented with a VIP JJ Card which gives me free subs for life (hint hint corporate dudes and dudettes). As The Terminator has said a few times before: “I’ll be back!”“

“This place was a hidden gem!! We were going to stop at some of the more popular restaurants but when we came across this place it wasnt busy at all amd the food was INCREDIBLE! The service was fast and very polite. The SANDWHICHES ARE AWESOME!! So many options to choose from! They all looked great. Excellent quality!! And very good portions for the price!! We come here almost every time we're in the area! ? Im still impressed at just how MANY OPTIONS they have to choose from. Its almost impossible to pick one item.“

“Delicious Garlic Bagel was the choice of the day. Very soft inside even while toasted. Cream cheese was a generous portion and it was only $5& change for the bagel and a 16oz coffee in a to go cup which was nice to take with me. ? I’m from Michigan, but I would stop again. Very delicious deli options. Friendly staff that seemed to remember locals order while they walked in the door. This place has been in numerous news articles as well.

“It was my first time in but definitely won't be my last. I had the tuna melt and tomato bisque and it was delicious! Everything was so fresh and had great flavor. They also had a great selection of spirits and wine! I loved how relaxing the atmosphere was and everyone there was very friendly and welcoming! “I normally come here late when I don't feel like making dinner or want a good sub and I've never been disappointed. This is the only Jersey Mikes location I go to unless I'm away from home. The staff are FANTASTIC, my sandwiches are always delicious, and every time I've gone the place has been clean. The biggest thing I want to mention is the staff. I've come here looking normal, in pjs and messy hair, and even in a shark onesie. I've come here in a variety of moods, but every single time I leave, I leave with a smile ear to ear because the staff has always been so kind, caring, and absolutely hilarious. This location is doing something right, and unless management changes or something, it will always be my favorite.“

My sandwich came out quickly. This service was some of the best I’ve ever seen. The man enjoyed his job and said he wanted to make me happy. This warmed my heart. “Always knew about the location on the south end of the mall but not sure when this location opened and when The Great Steak & Potato Co. folded but Charley's delivers a decent tasting cheesesteak.My father who was born & raised in Eastern PA from time to time will stop in at Charley's for a cheesesteak when going for his daily walk in the mall. He's very picky about his cheesesteaks but claims this place has a decent taste if not a bit pricy.I appreciate a cheesesteak here from time to time especially The Old School cheesesteak w/ Old School Philly fries, MMMM!! Since it is a chain, you'll commonly hear/read that they're not authentic or the meat's bland compared to a real Philly cheesesteak.It really is "you like what you like" and if the customer service is consistently good like any other location I've been to then it's a go-to spot.“

“I love going to this subway for lunch. I work across the street basically in the dunnel center. I go to this subway only because first the blonde lady with h the slight accent makes the best Sammies, she never shorts or skimps on ingredients nor does she over do it. I know it's just subway everyone but I will always come to this store so long as the cute blonde girl with the accent is there. If she leaves I'm just going to do rammys. “Turkey titan was good. As was turkey bacon avocado wrap. Clean store. Friendly staff. Went at lunch and they got me and two people behind me thru fast. Ingredients seemed fresh. I know they don’t take the coupons but get over it reviewers. It’s not like it’s THAT expensive and i imagine the profit margin on these franchises is not great. I took a star down on atmosphere because they had some weird whale music on and it was real loud. Would have been annoying if i was dining in.“
