I don't have high expectations for Jimmy John's but I placed an online order to pick up yesterday and had to ask for some water when I went to pick up. the kind gentleman gave me a large cup for free and my order was made with perfect accuracy, I enjoyed this sandwich more than I have JJ's before and this location is very convenient for me so I'll definitely be ordering again.“

I saw a customer who was being rude to her and despite the unacceptable behavior the customer showed, Sonya remained professional and hospitable to any problem that she presented to her.
