Visited for the first time today and it’s excellent! Fish is very fresh and taste great, veggies are fresh and they have some outstanding sauces. Very clean and service very friendly.
I was at work. It was lunchtime. I craved a yummy and tasty sub. My mind immediately thought of Jimmy John’s and how I missed their unique subs and “free smells”. So, off I went. I arrived at a time whereas the establishment was pretty empty. The employees were respectful and attentive. My food was prepared quickly and as I ordered. I've never felt more unwanted in a restaurant than I did today at this Jimmy John's. There was no greeting the customer and the person who took my order seemed absolutely dead inside. Zero customer service skills. If you're looking for food, go somewhere that actually wants you as a customer and is happy to help.
