I had a very bad experience I was in a hurry. Apparently the computers are very slow. Since I ordered my order. And he still didn't pay for the order. When I already had the food. Ready and I was still waiting for them to give me my total for my order so I could pay. They have very slow computers. If they could serve one faster it would be better service

I’ve eaten Jimmy John’s for years and it’s always great. Yesterday I got a #14 and I have never been sicker in my life, I’m not sure what ingredients could be bad or something else but be warned customers.

I've never felt more unwanted in a restaurant than I did today at this Jimmy John's. There was no greeting the customer and the person who took my order seemed absolutely dead inside. Zero customer service skills. If you're looking for food, go somewhere that actually wants you as a customer and is happy to help.
