Was very surprised at how serious they took my gluten intolerance. They got fresh knives and cleaned the whole area before beginning to make my sandwich. It's nice to see people who have been educated about this condition i live with and that they take it seriously. The bread itself on the sandwich was typical gf bread but it was so nice to be able to order a sub and enjoy it like I haven't been able to in years.
Love the customer service at this location!
