“I “started” the subject that pertains to this transaction at the time, while the food was top tier, the services is what needs to shine. I placed an order for delivery, and when I looked at the app it said that the food was picked up. An hr or so had passed and I had not received my food. I made a call to the restaurant and the way that they appeased me was to remake my order and the owner himself brought me my food. That gesture went a long way for me, and I truly appreciated it.“

“We had dinner delivered tonight. It came fast and it was hot. We ordered a Cuban sandwich, turkey with bacon, a horseshoe sandwich, Mac and cheese and a kids Dino grilled cheese with the best french fries! We totally recommend TriBecca's Sandwich Shop and give it a 10 plus!“

“Went here with my Auntie, Fizi and Nick was very friendly with us, they were guiding us throughout the way and even pointed out what we can do to get a discount. We presented a coupon but we forgot to check the date, it was invalid to use already. But then Fizi helped us with the app and we got the $5 discount (not much but it’s something) Then Nick was friendly and attentive with our food as well. Great staff, good food, good price. “Cool cafe with a bunch of eclectic nicknacks and wall art. I got the goat cheese crostini which comes with a side of roasted tomato relish. It was good but it didn’t blow my socks off. It almost seemed like it was missing just one extra ingredient or garnish to take it to the next level.

I also got the chicken club and it was good. The star of the sandwich was definitely the bread. You can tell this place knows what they’re doing when it comes to making bread.“

The curry chicken banh mi is very good. The lemongrass chicken though was very dry and could use something to make the bites go down easier, but that’s my one and only complaint about anything from here“

Mary the owner catered our wedding party for us, and it was probably the best food we had all weekend. They were able to provide Vegan and Gluten Free versions of almost all of their main menu items, which delighted our dietary-restricted guests. Highly recommend both eating at the cute restaurant and getting them to cater for you!!“

I went today for the first time and was so pleasantly surprised by 1) how GOOD and gorgeous my sandwich was 2) how friendly and nice everyone working there was. So nice!!!!!“

“I stopped by here for takeout over the weekend and they were totally dead! No customers at all when I stopped in around 4 or 5p (understandably not peak time).

Ordering was through a kiosk which I don't love but it made it somewhat easier to peruse the menu. The pricing for the combo meals was super confusing - the combo meal was about the same price as a sandwich and fries, but the photo showed that you get a drink as well (paper menus confirmed that you DO get a drink) but then there was no customizer for the drink so I'm still not sure if you get a drink with the combo. I wasn't craving fries, so I went with just a sandwich. There was a woman cleaning behind the counter, but she didn't offer to explain the menu or help me in any way.

I got the Banh Mi Chicken Sandwich and it was tasty! They definitely don't hold back on the heat and all of the toppings were pretty banh mi inspired. The sandwich itself was huge and a mess to eat, so I appreciated that they included plastic gloves.

The restaurant design is clean, modern and cozy. There are a lot of empty drink coolers though which made me sort of confused on whether or not this was supposed to be more grab and go? Or maybe they are pivoting concepts? The menu itself seemed to be latching on to a lot of trends (Chicken sandwich trend and then several different types of asian cuisine) so perhaps it's an evolving menu.

All gripes aside, I am glad this place is here! There are too many vacancies on this stretch of Belmont, so here's hoping they are in for the long haul!“
