It was our first time ordering online from there and we ordered about 8 items from the restaurant side and 6 items from the bakery side. The food was warm when we picked it up but the malts and shakes were made prematurely and my arnold palmer was sugar free which was completely disappointing . Every time I come in I love the food. Today there was an issue and a misunderstanding with my order and even though I was very hangry and kind of rude the staff were kind and caring and got me the delicious food. So highly recommend them and the adjacent bakery which is equally delicious.
