Ordered a Tuna salad and received the door dash order without the tuna. Called the restaurant regarding the missing tuna and was passed from associate to associate. The staff had offered to deliver it but last second declined to deliver it and refunded it. We didn't mind the refund however did not appreciate the poor customer service.

Every time I come in I love the food. Today there was an issue and a misunderstanding with my order and even though I was very hangry and kind of rude the staff were kind and caring and got me the delicious food. So highly recommend them and the adjacent bakery which is equally delicious.

It was our first time ordering online from there and we ordered about 8 items from the restaurant side and 6 items from the bakery side. The food was warm when we picked it up but the malts and shakes were made prematurely and my arnold palmer was sugar free which was completely disappointing . When we started trying to enjoy the food we all noticed that it was lacking flavor and the sandwiches were small for the price. The fries were good with and without the sauce. The shakes and malts were completely watered down and should have been made upon arrival to ensure thicker consistency not in advance. The cookies were good . All in all I wouldn't order again because the prices were higher for the size and quality of the food/drinks. Anywhere else and I could've saved atleast 1/4 of what I spent there and received the same amount of food if not more. I get that the location is one of the reasons for the prices but you'd expect more than what we got.

This place and its super salad were recommended to me this morning. I ordered the salad with blackened chicken for pickup, got home 20 minutes later to find no chicken and a big bowl of lettuce/kale with pretty much nothing else. It cost me $19 for the salad and it was terrible. The turkey jeweler we also got was mediocre. do not recommend this place at all.

We stumbled by this place on our bike ride. They have a great variety of sandwiches. My partner and I both loved our choices. They also have a bakery connected and we might of visited the bakery too.. Boy am I glad we did. The seating is so fun there, it is like a diner. They have a countertop to sit at too. Loved everything!!!

It's okay with a high price tag. I've spent $20 per person for lunch before so it's not outstanding to see that price tag for a single person's meal but for the quantity the food you receive it's just not up to the price you're paying.I probably will never pay at the counter as it seems like it takes forever for those orders to come through so I definitely suggest ordering ahead online.The food is good to decent. Just wish the sandwiches were a little bit larger. The cool little spot with two other establishments attached to it. Worth a try if you need a new place.

The seating atmosphere is excellent and really is a nice spot to stop in for a bite to eat - but you're going to pay for it. To echo some of the other reviews, it is very pricey for what you get. The sandwiches are good, just not for the price you're paying but I've stopped in 2 times now and each time have enjoyed my food. My only true complaint is the service is sometimes off. Don't let your customers stand at the register like deer in headlights for 3 or 4 minutes while 2 employees awkwardly avoid eye contact - if they're on break, busy, putting together a different order, whatever, just communicate it.
