Potbelly is my fav and I will give them another chance, but I would like everyone to see the cup of mac I received the other day. Why would you serve this? Not only was it old and over cooked, it was visually disgusting.
Good food as always. I think it’s funny they have all sorts of signage: “Save time, best the line, order online”. Especially when the place ignores online orders till the line is gone. Other than that, and the broken front door closer that caused the door to slam into my back, it’s usually a pleasant restaurant.

So, I’m a regular customer here at this Potbelly location, the team of people I usually see (that are very friendly, positive & welcoming) was not the same team of workers I saw today, today was my first time coming on weekend though.Had the worst experience by far.
