Though my sandwich was not available as ordered (via the mobile app) upon arriving at the restruant staff were apologetic and offered me the opportunity to receive an alternative selection along with a free cookie for the trouble. Great job!
Josh at the Vernon Hills location was very patient and extremely helpful in getting the last receipt I needed from an order a month ago. Only thing we really had to wait on was the speed of the computer. Get that man a new computer so he can do his job more efficiently.
Undeniably puts Subway to shame!! Excellent service, in person or through app, they follow orders exactly as given! From now on I am definitely ordering more from the Underground menu on the app because the Barnyard sandwich is phenomenal! And that’s just the first sandwich from the top of the menu too!
