“Absolutely love this restaurant. We had brought a tray of lasagna to a party years ago and had nothing but rave reviews. We moved down to FL 7 years ago so it’s been awhile since we have been able to eat here. We bought another tray of lasagna this weekend for a party. Let me tell you…it was so delicious! We are still hearing people rave about it and hope it brings new customers your way. Your GF ravioli was awesome as well. Great food, wonderful customer service, cute restaurant. The owners take pride in managing the restaurant on a daily basis. They prioritize customer service, great food, and a warm, welcoming experience. Last night, they hosted the Highland Park/Highwood Professional Moms group. We had only expected 15 women to attend, but 25 women ended up coming. The owners and the staff were AMAZING. They brought over additional chairs. They provided us with top-notch service, including separate checks. They respected us when we were speaking to the group and quietly took orders in the background. I can't say enough nice things about this restaurant.“

“I haven't been here in years and it was as entertaining as I remembered! Our group had a couple of newbies and they loved it as well! The baby dragon (half of a rotisserie chicken), dragon's egg (half of a baked potato), dragon's tail ( half an ear of corn) were all delicious and cooked to perfection. Adult beverages are pricey but they come in a cup that you keep and you'll get a discount on refills. Great horsemanship and falconer skills rounded out dinner and a show! “Our first time here and everything was top notch from our valet Monty to our server Haley who was very knowledgeable on the cocktails and the menu. We were looking for a place to celebrate our anniversary that was somewhat casual and affordable ans this place fit the bill. The crabcake appetizer was just enough for the two of us and the twists on the typical old fashioned and margarita were great. The wood grilled chilean seas bass and fillet mignon were excellent. They even gave us an anniversary card and two glassed of complimentary champagne. We will definately stop back again !“

“We were in Chicago for a visit from Texas and I decided I was really craving dumplings. I googled dumplings and Dangelas popped up. Reviews were amazing so we put it in the GPS and off we went. We arrived 30 minutes before closing but it didn’t matter. The best dumplings I’ve ever had. I wish I didn’t live so far away because I would be there at least once a week!“

“This restaurant is a perfect example of how one of its style should operate! When we came in the door we were immediately greeted and things were rolling forward perfectly seamless! The host and hostess were very kind humans and sat us down. The entire place was clean and cared for you could tell! Tony was our server and came to the table and was immediately on top of things after introducing himself and taking great care of us! During our whole visit Tony stayed on top of our order and drinks, everything came out as expected and was very delicious! The drink options are quite a variety as well! All sorts of coffees on the menu, fresh juices including ones for health with ginger and turmeric, tea options and more! One of our party members had some special requests and even those were taken care of by the kitchen well as Tony put them in properly! The food was fresh, cooked right, prepared and dished well! “I have been in this restaurant for more than 4 times. I highly recommend it. There are a lot of parking. Once you come in; you are greeted with a warm greeting and and enthusiastic smule by the host or owner. The servers are very accommodating , friendly and helpful. They check on their customers for whatever they need until your meal is done. The busboys are hardworking and any requests will be granted right away. The food/dishes are cooked just the way you requests. Their steaks and eggs are up to par. The prices are decently priced. For what they serve you, good amounts of food. Well worth it. Freshness and presentations of foods are stupendous! Never did I have any complaints the way the place is ran. Very clean. Wide open. Eventhough i live far. I kept going back and i know when i leave, my tummy is full, content and some take home left overs. Check their menu. Check the big breakfast meal. You can't go wrong with their reasonable prices. “My husband and I are visiting from Arizona and were meeting some friends in The Glen. We planned on going to The Yardhouse, but thought it was too noisy. Saw the reviews for The Oak and we were so glad we did. The burger I had was the best burger I have ever had, our friend felt the same. My husband and our other friend had the rueben, they loved them also. We left the restaurant and we were going to take individual pics, then this really nice guy offered to take a picture of all of us. He was so very nice. Guess what, he was the owner. “Wildberry Pancakes and Cafe has got to hands down be the best food I have had in my 32 years of life. We just got home from a girls trip for my daughter's golden birthday in Chicago this past weekend and I'm ready to hit the road to go back. She ordered the kids Oreo s'mores pancakes of the kid menu. I got the 2 eggs meal which came with 2 eggs, hash browns, choice of meat (got sausage links) and either toast or pancakes. I chose toast. We then ordered her 2 dippy eggs, a side of biscuits and gravy, and got a side of bacon to share. The biscuits and gravy are hands down top tier the best recipe I have ever tasted (I ended up ordering 2 more sides to take home so I would have breakfast tomorrow 🤤). Even after stuffing ourselves with this delicious food none of our group felt miserable in any way. there was no belly discomfort whatsoever. We just felt full and nourished. I will be coming back as often as I can. The food is so hot, so fresh, so flavorful, and overall it was a wonderful experience. Everybody was so friendly , smiley, and just warm personalities. There is quite a wait on Sundays (not sure about other days) but I would wait 4 hours if they told me I had to. They do have an option where you can get on the waiting list online (we did not know that since this was out first time). Now let's talk about their preserves they make in house 🫠🫠 they make a triple berry compote with blackberries, strawberries, and raspberries. It was literal heaven. They sell jars as you are leaving for $11. Guys you have to try this place. I'm not usually someone who leaves reviews but it's so good I can't not leave one. If you want the best brunch food you have ever had in your life I can promise you you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. Until next time wildberry keep doing what you guys do!“

“Simply AMAZING! Ochoa’s is easily one of the best Mexican restaurants in the area. We recently used them for catering (25 people), and everything exceeded our expectations. Communication was top-notch, portions were huge, and the food was incredible. Guests couldn’t stop talking about the juicy chicken and steak, the homemade chips and salsas, and guacamole that could honestly be eaten by the spoonful. Mr. Ochoa truly takes pride in his food — you can taste the love in every bite. Highly recommend for both dining in and catering!“

“This is my 2nd time here and I had a great experience twice, 1 for lunch and 1 for dinner. We tried their Chungkiwa BBQ special and it was very good with multiple meat options, all very good quality and flavorful. My favorite was the beef and the spicy pork.
The servers were super nice. AND we got ice cream after!
The restaurant has a very interesting interior design. I love everything about it. Will definitely come back.“

“First time visit for wife & I and we met a large group there so we had 10 in our party. We had an RSVP, so unknown if you can walk in to be seated. The place had a great atmosphere with a little low lighting; the area we sat in had a nice round table- rare at restaurants these days but perfect for large groups instead of long tables that isolate people from talking to others on the opposite end of the table without shouting. The area we were in also appeared to be able to have a private party area with shades/covers that could be pulled down and enclosed area. Bathrooms were pretty clean. Staff was very polite & all dressed professionally in business casual, and our waitress service was really good. We all had plenty for drink refills.
The food, the most important thing, was REALLY GOOD. The place was apparently known for great steaks, and it didn't disappoint as their main food options were fish and steaks. Most of us at the table got a steak, and while I'm not a huge steak guy, this was probably the best steak I ever had, which was the rib eye. Others at the table who got the New York steak said it was good, and wife had a seafood dish she enjoyed. The deserts were also very good- chocolate cake & pumpkin cheesecake (which was I believe a chef's choice seasonal dish).
Definitely a place I would eat at again. The only downside? A bit on the pricey side with the steaks being around $50 starting price, so be prepared to spend around $100 a person after any side or desert or beverage beyond water.“

“When we arrived in Chicago, we decided to try the Lincoln location of Lou Malnati’s. Unfortunately, despite arriving 40 minutes before closing, we were told they would not seat us. I completely understand that deep-dish pizzas take longer to prepare and that ordering one so close to closing might not be possible. However, I was disappointed that we couldn’t be seated at all, especially since we were told we could still place an order for carryout.

Thankfully, we decided to give Lou Malnati’s another chance at the Schaumburg location, and I’m so glad we did! What a difference! The manager was incredibly friendly and welcoming, our waitress was attentive and genuinely kind, and the food was absolutely delicious!

The Schaumburg team completely turned our experience around. Their wonderful hospitality and excellent service reminded us why customer service matters so much. I’m glad we gave Lou Malnati’s a second chance, because this location absolutely delivered!“
