“My niece and nephew ordered a kids meal which was supposed to come with ice cream. When they went up to the counter, the employee mentioned that it needs to be purchased on the app. With them not having a clear understanding that the ice cream was included in their kids meal and was on the receipt, the manager got involved and said she will write it in the book so when they come in next, they will receive the free ice cream. Fast forward a couple weeks later, sure enough the manager did leave the name in the book and the kids were able to get the free ice cream. Shout out to the manager because anyone could have said sure we’ll write your name and not take it seriously. I don’t know your name but thank you for following through on your word. I’m not sure if there’s a way to recognize you, I hope this helps!“

William made our daughter a minion milkshake (and secretly made it healthy without her knowing, which was perfect for our very picky eater), and our son enjoyed a taro boba tea with popping mango boba.
