“Love this place! I’m from Wisconsin but life close to the Illinois boarder. I came across this gem while driving by. We stopped and order food- and then went back up to the window to order a few more times. The staff were very sweet and time efficient. Their creamsicle soft serve cone is to die for! We’ll be back!“

“I came on opening weekend, the staff was exteemely friendly and the Ice cream was AMAZING! I was surprised by the large flavor selection and the dairy free offerings. My favorite flavor is mint chocolate chip, they offered it in both dairy free and regular! I personally love the cute waffle cookie that came with my dish. This will be a regular spot for me and my family!“

“I’m a foodie, always down to explore unique flavors. And this place has many. Cafe con Leche, figs with cognac, Merlot with berries -YES! That one was my favorite. The authenticity of coffee and wine was very interesting to find in ice cream. The only thing I missed was the basic, crispy cones (they might’ve been out I didn’t ask) - the ones they had were way too sweet.“

Very spacious actually have nice size PARTY ROOM w a Giant TV inside, Tvs throughout, benches , stools, booths, nice comfortable Lounge chairs n sitting area n Sitting area for kids w kiddie takes an chairs !! “Matcha was of very high grade. Priced rightly for the great quality and taste! This place is located in food court of Mitsuwa marketplace. Offers many variations of matcha, such as strawberry or cinnamon and vanilla matcha. There are also matcha desserts such as soft serve. The original iced matcha latte was superb, as a regular matcha drinker this is near the top for me! 🍵💚“

“On a pleasant evening, we stopped by Chick n’ Fizz. We ordered boneless chicken wings, tater tots and sweet potato tots. They were all very delicious and satisfying to eat. Especially paired with the complementary sauce bar that we had a blast trying all the different kinds of flavors. Highly recommended. It was our first time here and we absolutely enjoyed it. The service is great to Cheri and David are very lovely. As well as, of course, the retro atmosphere is very cool. Will revisit again, awesome!“

“My 4 year old son loved it here!!! He was so proud to have designed a donut (which was actually just the cookies and cream option from the menu) but he watched them make it and decorate it and then showed it to everyone he passed. He said they were the BEST donuts he’s ever had! I had the cold brew with sweet cream which was solid.“

“There are a lot of mixed reviews here. Our experience was great! The lady behind the counter was super nice and answered the few questions we had. The cookies were amazing (lucky for us, it was a Dubai chocolate cookie week). Everything was clean, nice and pleasant. We'll be back!“
