“The guy running this place is just great. He was super accommodating. Even went so far as to tell me that the freeze flavor I selected wasn't the best. Said he would let me try it, but if I didn't like it he'd make me something else (Thai Tea Freeze... Funky... Just like he said). He was true to his word and made me a lavender freeze for no extra cost that was totally delicious. I'll definitely come back. 100 stars for quality of customer service.“

“We are a family of 5 who enjoyed everything we ordered! The service went above and beyond our expectations. While consuming our food we also had the opportunity to witness how everyone was greeted and treated wonderfully. There were games available for the children to play it was very fun for our entire family. Just to share a little more about the level of attention we received my four-year-old was completely terrified of the Easter Bunny I was talking to her about how it was someone in a costume similar to when she dresses up in costumes or princess dresses staff was willing to take off the Easter bunny mask to ensure my daughter felt safe and secure this changed the whole visit for her she was no longer scared still very cautious but not scared and was able to enjoy eating her tamale♥️ I would most definitely recommend this place to others! ♥️“

“Let’s face it. There are La Michoacana ice cream stores on every other block on North Clark. We stopped here for dessert and it’s easily our favorite! The helado (ice cream) is to die for! The coconut is outstanding as is Abuela’s Chocolate. There are regular flavors and some (Rum Raisin!) are so creative and delicious. And the paletas! The BEST Arroz, Fresa, Mango, Coconut...the list goes on. And the couple that run the place are just the sweetest people! Highly recommended.“

“Super friendly guys there. This was my 2nd Crumbl stop tonight as the 1st one off Golf (across from golf mill mall) did not honor my free bulls mini cookie. They said they didn’t have any chocolate chip cookies. So I called the one off Touhy Ave in Niles and the fellow named Cesar was super friendly and helpful and said they’d honor it. So I drove there and they did! At the store, Cesar was super friendly and the other fellow working there too. So nice compared to the employees at the Crumbl near me in Skokie. I avoid that location at all costs! They (Skokie location) have no customer service skills and would benefit from some training in customer service. Could learn a thing or two from Cesar and his coworker.“

We ended up getting the **Brown Butter Almond Brittle** and **Confetti Brownie Batter**, and both were absolutely delicious. Each had its own unique flavor, and I loved that they weren't overly sweet.
The vibe of the place was really nice too—cozy, fun, and perfect for hanging out with friends or family. Overall, a great spot if you're craving quality ice cream with plenty of flavour options!“

“I came on opening weekend, the staff was exteemely friendly and the Ice cream was AMAZING! I was surprised by the large flavor selection and the dairy free offerings. My favorite flavor is mint chocolate chip, they offered it in both dairy free and regular! I personally love the cute waffle cookie that came with my dish. This will be a regular spot for me and my family!“

“I’m a foodie, always down to explore unique flavors. And this place has many. Cafe con Leche, figs with cognac, Merlot with berries -YES! That one was my favorite. The authenticity of coffee and wine was very interesting to find in ice cream. The only thing I missed was the basic, crispy cones (they might’ve been out I didn’t ask) - the ones they had were way too sweet.“

“I worked with Josue Siu to rent a paleta cart for a preschool end-of-the-year event and will do it again! Josue was incredibly responsive, helpful and kind from the start. He advised me on which way to go as far as our rental package went and it turned out to be exactly what we needed--he even advised us on how to cut some costs to stay within our budget. He was prompt with drop off and pick up of the cart and it came fully-loaded, stocked with all the paletas flavors we had discussed, dry ice, an umbrella, custom signs featuring the flavor offerings we had chosen, and of course, the signature bells. The paletas were delicious and a hit with kids and adults alike. I will absolutely work with Reina de Sabores again. Thanks, Josue!“
