“We came to the mall specifically for gelato while in town for a show at The Rosemont Theater. The gelato flower is *almost* too beautiful to eat, but it didn’t stop us. LOVE that they have organic flavors and no artificial colors!! The employees are friendly and talented. Getting to sample flavors was such a treat and watching them make the flower is mesmerizing. My daughter enjoyed strawberry and chocolate in a cone and I opted for strawberry and organic lemon in a cone, while my husband chose a dish of organic chocolate. We all felt it was the perfect size treat and such great flavors. We wish we didn’t live so far away so we could enjoy this more often!“

“The guy running this place is just great. He was super accommodating. Even went so far as to tell me that the freeze flavor I selected wasn't the best. Said he would let me try it, but if I didn't like it he'd make me something else (Thai Tea Freeze... Funky... Just like he said). He was true to his word and made me a lavender freeze for no extra cost that was totally delicious. I'll definitely come back. 100 stars for quality of customer service.“

“Let’s face it. There are La Michoacana ice cream stores on every other block on North Clark. We stopped here for dessert and it’s easily our favorite! The helado (ice cream) is to die for! The coconut is outstanding as is Abuela’s Chocolate. There are regular flavors and some (Rum Raisin!) are so creative and delicious. And the paletas! The BEST Arroz, Fresa, Mango, Coconut...the list goes on. And the couple that run the place are just the sweetest people! Highly recommended.“

While consuming our food we also had the opportunity to witness how everyone was greeted and treated wonderfully. There were games available for the children to play it was very fun for our entire family. Just to share a little more about the level of attention we received my four-year-old was completely terrified of the Easter Bunny I was talking to her about how it was someone in a costume similar to when she dresses up in costumes or princess dresses staff was willing to take off the Easter bunny mask to ensure my daughter felt safe and secure this changed the whole visit for her she was no longer scared still very cautious but not scared and was able to enjoy eating her tamale♥️ I would most definitely recommend this place to others! ♥️“

They also asked if since it wasn’t busy if I preferred it scooped from the back which made me feel really comfortable eating there! The matchapolitan special was so perfectly balanced, it was fresh fruity and very creamy. The birthday cake was okay, I wish it had just a little salt to balance it like how buttercream typically is. They said they didn’t have any chocolate chip cookies. So I called the one off Touhy Ave in Niles and the fellow named Cesar was super friendly and helpful and said they’d honor it. So I drove there and they did! At the store, Cesar was super friendly and the other fellow working there too. So nice compared to the employees at the Crumbl near me in Skokie. I avoid that location at all costs! They (Skokie location) have no customer service skills and would benefit from some training in customer service. Could learn a thing or two from Cesar and his coworker.“

“I’m a foodie, always down to explore unique flavors. And this place has many. Cafe con Leche, figs with cognac, Merlot with berries -YES! That one was my favorite. The authenticity of coffee and wine was very interesting to find in ice cream. The only thing I missed was the basic, crispy cones (they might’ve been out I didn’t ask) - the ones they had were way too sweet.“
